You will also become scared of sticks.

This, and the ones the size of branches/logs.

Bingo Chewkw, thats how she does it, over several hours and then you get a thick black sludge which she will take a bowl of 3 times a day.

By the way you’re going to be in the doghouse for sharing your wives constipation woes with the internet.

Trust me, in this society its perfectly normal to talk about ailments, they don’t have our reserves….and if you eat rice everyday you would get clogged up too.

Wifes on it all the time, personally, I don’t think it does anything at all.

This is to help you poop, you boil it up and drink the soup, the resulting soup looks, and smells, worse than what gets left in the pan.

Locally, maybe a kilometre of so before the climbing starts, for weekend shuttle runs, maybe 30mins in a van, and for some island hopping maybe an hour ferry journey, Hong Kong is not that big.

The SB66 and Jekyll (which are both crap IMO)

The SB66 is the best 26″ bike I’ve ever ridden, you must really set your standards high.

Also owned a 2004 Enduro which was a great fun and I do like the look of the new ones and they do get good reviews, but I like my Mach6 more:)

Bit dissapointed that the Haven group got knocked of so quickly, I would have hoped that tehy would have explored their history a little bit more to see why the ended up that way.
Also, what has Carol done now?

Wifes just bought back a few packs of nuts from Taiwan, honey roasted peanuts in charcoal powder, more morish than crack.

Right, updated with a new shock….

I do like the look of those Enduros though, is it wrong to covert thy thread neighbours bike?

Reckon the Mach6 as well, though an SB66c would be a close 2nd, maybe followed by the Jekyll.

Will whack a DBAir on mine tomorrow, maybe make her even more ‘preddy’.

Judging by the previous episodes it would be interesting to know preacher boys secret and does it relate to the car Darryl and Carol chased as it looked like it had a crucifix drawn on the rear window?

Yes, they are still going Tom, Mr Lee must be rubbing his hands in glee judging by the number of new Nomads out there!

Lots of stuff if you want to buy frames but most stuff is around 25-30% cheaper than the UK, in fact I was quoted 3800HKD (308GBP) today for a CC DBAirCS shock from a local bike shop. There is no import duty or sales tax here, plus shops work on smaller overheads.
Email in profile if you want a list of shops to visit?

Thought about it but since I’m on the 55th floor I would either get to knackered or very bored and stop way before the ground floor.

This morning, at the end of the Hoi Pui trail and about to hit Bamboo on my way to Tunnel and then a quick TLC loop, today was perfect, Autumn in HK is the best time of year to ride.

Had an MRI the other day, cant describe the feeling when you get moved into the tube, very claustrophobic, had to close my eyes throughout.

Yes, I know I should man up.

Managed to get in 70km’s of riding over a long weekend, makes the Monday morning blues less blue, maybe more cyan.
Looking forward to autumn and winter, makes the Hong Kong trails more bearable.

Don’t usually take that many pics but for this run I forgot to take my helmet on the ride up to the start of the trail (yes) so rode back down to the shuttle bus and caught some action shots of my riding buddies, this is one of the many trails at Tai Mo Shan Country park.

IXS Trail RS, comfortable for long rides, feels secure and cool enough for Hong Kong summer riding. Tried a Bell Super and the new MET Parachute recently but both were sold very quickly for a number of the same reasons (build quality, fit and too hot for the local weather conditions).

Dont mind the breaks, its the severed tendons and muscle damage that grind my gears.

All the best in your recovery, fingers are a pain.

Let them get on with it.

I agree, as long as we do not allow any British citizens dual passports to come back let them take the worlds nutters, I’m sure as a state will function perfectly fine.
I mean, it all worked out well with Israel……
