Ramsey Bolten is no Joffrey (the lack of theatrics) but I’m starting to like his management approach, nice and direct.

Cant they just move the Palestinians to Iran, there is lots of space there too, and it would save the Iranians a fortune in those rockets they supply Hamas with?
What with the Israelis being moved to Utah we can then give the land to the Scientologists and get them out of our hair, I mean its just people.
    Oh..:)

Did this recently with my Asus, stone cold dead despite the bowl of rice tactic, good luck.
    Your SIM should survive.

Hong Kong humidity is back, those aren’t tears running down my cheeks, only sweat, honest.

A Facebook group (mainly MTB.HK) and just meeting people on the trail/bike shop, even one or two from here.
Having meet them though I now mostly ride solo 🙂

People vote with their feet, if it was such a bad country to live in then there would be a big issue with the number of people trying to leave, from what I see in the news it appears to be the opposite?

Yep, from a Mach6 (155mm/170mm forks) to an SB5c though I am cheating and keeping a Liteville601 for DH and Bike Park holidays when you really do need that travel.
Really enjoying it and not missing the drop in travel at all, it suits most of my trail riding which tends to be backbreaking climbs followed by natural trails.
It has also made me 29er curious, maybe something to look at in a year or so.

Is the UKIP candidate the best person for the local constituency, I know its localism but sometimes you have to go for the best person for the job even though you may not agree with their politics?

I like riding solo but where there is a chance of injuiry(such as shuttle sessions), its good to have some people around who can carry you out 🙂

There have been a number of threads similar to this recently but I cant seem to find the link, anyway as I wrote in a previously.
Running XT M8000’s on my trail bike and Guide RSC’s on my bouncy bike and have to say that the Guides feel far better.
When both sets are working superior to the on/off feel of the XT’s, something I understand that is an issue with 2016 M8000’s.

Cannot compete with any of these but this one from my humble Android phone kind of sums up last weeks riding for me, lots of mechanical’s but some interesting brushes with nature.

Yesterday, managed to fly down a DH section of trail and then started to peddle over a dam to the next section, rails on either side of the 1.5mtr wide path.
All going well with the adrenaline started to fade when I looked to my right hand and noticed a spiders web dangling in the breeze, and a whooping big spider (reality, maybe an inch across) desperately clawing its way up the web to my hand.
I panicked, waved my right hand about to try and break the web and then promptly hit the railing with my left side of the handlebar and went toppling over.
As I lay on the floor bloodied and buried I noticed the spider causally walk past my head and drop down the dam wall.

I still can’t help thing that parachutes would be cheaper and easier 😉

However, just a marvelous piece of engineering/science to achieve that feat, sometimes we humans do some good and clever stuff.

Monies too tight this year for a proper holiday so just long weekends on the airmiles this year.
Just back from a long Easter weekend riding in Chiang Mai, Okinawa with the wife at the end of this month followed by Taiwan in June then probably more riding in Chiang Mai in October/November.
My apartment complex has a pool and it does get hot here in summer so cant complain really, that will suffice.

Running XT M8000’s on my trail bike and Guide RSC’s on my bouncy bike and have to say that the Guides feel far better though I just managed to destroy a 3 month old set on holiday recently by somehow managing to seize both front and rear pistons (getting replaced under warranty).
When both sets are working I find the modulation on the Guides far superior to the on/off feel of the XT’s, something I understand that is an issue with 2016 M8000’s.

No love for the Challenger 2?

A tank so well protected only one has been seriously damaged in combat, and that was after being fired on by another Challenger 2.

    Hi Jake

When I was last in Fujimi Panarama in 2013 the bike shop in the complex had a pretty good range of GT’s and Transitions to play with, all in good condition. Most of us took our own bikes but one of the group hired for the 3 days and was happy.

You can contact the shop direct here: http://www.backyardgaragehouse.com/
Expect a slight delay in replies.

Take cash, they are not keen on credit cards.

Also, the restaurant on-site is good so you can spend all day there.

I hear a lot of scare stories about China but from experience of working there I have found that just using your normal security procedures and just not accessing any personal sites when traveling (bank, personal email etc) I have not encountered any issues.
I suspect you are just at risk as you are in India, Singapore and elsewhere.

As per Ecky, you can run two cables each side of the shock mount.

This is the clearest image I have, it helps if you have the double cable clip to make the cable run neat down to the shock mount but cable ties will suffice.

There are good rental bikes available at Fujimi Panarama though for the life of me I cant remember the cost as its been a few years since I was there, I wouldn’t bother taking your bike.
When I was there there were 3 trails all serviced by an efficient cable car system, 2 of the runs are fast DH and the 3rd a nice wide trail, all should be reasonably easy for you to ride.
    Webiste is here.
This is the C line, a reasonable easy non-DH trail:

Local accommodation is reasonably cheap and there are some great local onsen’s nearby for easing your aching body back into life.

A little late, Easter riding jollies in Chiang Mai, Thailand, lots of long dusty descents, mucho fun with the X-Biking crew.

It was a busy weekend but the guides gave our small group a pickup truck to ourselves so we could go our own pace.

As typical with this group, there were no action pics so only we know our full awesomeness.

Yes, Chang was available at the end.

It’s not meant as an insult just an illustration as to how people use fear and exploit peoples ignorance/lack of understanding to create hate.

Its a great recipe, you can also use it to create religion, infomercials and a global news network.

Seems to be ‘cool’ to slag it off.

    This.

Its Ok, as someone who left the UK 6 years ago I find it a good way to keep up with friends and relatives though Whatsapp is my medium of choice for day to day stuff.

    Oh, and happy birthday.

2 of the Paris attackers can via the current migrant routes.
Most of the weapons came from eastern Europe, driven straight across with no borders to concern the traffickers except with the outside chance of getting caught by traffic police.
    Interesting article on this here[/url].

Sadly, the actual issue of staying in or out of the EU and all the related matters that should be discussed look like being overshadowed by these events, and I expect many more to follow.

I no longer live in the UK but feedback from friends and relatives still there is that the coming vote is not just about Europe but about people getting a chance to show their thoughts on migration in general.

Between 2000 and July 2003 (completion of the “first continuous segment”), 73 suicide bombings were carried out from the West Bank. However, from August 2003 to the end of 2006, only 12 attacks were carried out

You could say that wall worked and saved lives?
