Being British, I would find accidently cupping someones balls less uncomfortable than hugging a stranger.

Broke my collar bone on the 1st of June, but thats not too bad a thing as summer here is properly terrible for riding, too hot and wet by far.
Roll on Autumn and Winter and the good riding weather.

Looks interesting but how would it work with the more modern bikes and their raked back short seat stays (like the Trek Slash)?

Cats, basicaly vermin that attach themselves to the feeble minded of society and suck them dry of food, warmth and social mobility all the while decimating the local native bird species.
    I’m not a cat person.

Just let me start up my powerful Gestapo laptop and reply…

Enjoyed it in a ‘oh its on I might as well watch it’ way back in the 80’s, I imagine it must seem very dated now, just like Mrs Browns Boys?

Now, the Kenny Everett Show, that’s one that keeps on giving.

Only used LB but went through 3 rims in 8 months so have gone back to alloy for both bikes, however when I did call upon LBs customer service they were good.
From my experience I would buy local for the support even if there is a premium.

Don’t tend to buy complete bikes but I am partial to the odd frame, shock/fork, wheelset or drivetrain upgrade on occasion and have mentally blocked out my spend over the last few years.
With top of the range MTB’s now easily getting into the 10k USD price range it is very easy to spend serious money, to me anyway, on a pushbike.

Very happy with Race Face Ambush D3O pads for the same all day comfort.

    +1

Also, these come off without the need to take your shoes off so easy to stow away for those long climbs without too much faff. Wear my all day on South East Asia all dayers where sweat and dust/grit build up easily, no issue here.

Why do holiday companies allow Jessica Fletcher (Murder she wrote) to stay at their hotels, cruise ship or resorts, its guaranteed that someone will end up dead.

Many years ago I sat in his court chair at The Hague during some project work I was carrying out there at the time.

Very interesting the break up of Yugoslavia and the forces at work there, even more so with Kosova. Amazing how a country can splinter so violently, especially compared with Czechoslovakia.

Now have 3 pairs of Madison Trail shorts, lots of pockets, good fit and they seem reasonably hard wearing. Prefer wearing these now over my Enduro M500’s.

Does a Yeti SB5c Enduro not fit into that price bracket in the UK?

According to Strava its 1572km so far but only managed this over 61 rides this year, rexkon I could do more if I didn’t spend so much time online.

I could be wrong but I’m sure that when you book tickets does it not mention that your name should be the same as on your passport (at least in the small print)?

Slowly getting back up to speed after breaking the collar bone on June 1st and after last weekends 39 degree murder session it was nice to get back to normal temperatures i.e 32 degrees, for a quick 24km leg spin.

Phoar, look at that ankle, the jezebel.

See a lot of tops off here, or more peculiar, middle aged gents with tums with there shirts rolled up to the boobage letting the stomach swing free, seems to pass without comment.

Been using it alongside acupuncture to recover from a broken collarbone to, according to the Chinese doctor, improve blood circulation around the break area and it seems to be working well though I have left them on sometimes a little too long only to get painful blisters in the cup area.
My Orthopedic consultant doesn’t seem to have any issue with me using them so they must have some medical value?

As someone who gets paid in Hong Kong Dollars this all helps to get my UK mortgage paid off a little quicker plus my job is selling UK manufactured goods into Asia, so there is an upside for some of us.

Broke my collarbone on June 1st so have had the last 6-7 weeks not able to ride or run, not exactly incapacitated but close enough for me. I have used the time available to read and upgrade some work skills (Cisco/PMP) which is useful as the injury coincided with me being ‘between jobs’. With access to the internet, there a whole world of ways to kill time, be educated or just plain entertained.

Did a proper 46km ride after being off the bike for a while with broken collarbone, got a job and found out that the my new X2 shock does seem to work well with my SB5, all is good in the world.

Just coming back from similar and disdmy first proper ride today after 55 days, acupuncture and Chinese cups really helped !e in regards to recovery.
I also used a brace for the first 6 weeks which although a little uncomfortable, helped me to cope.
    Good luck with the recovery.

Its obvious that with both hands in the air he is trying to summon satan, which those who have received police training will know black people can do, the cops had no choice but to shoot first or end up being cast into the pits of hell.

    In the last 12 months…..

    July 2015: 1 bike only, a Pivot Mach6
October 2015: Added a Stanton Switchback
December 2015: Swapped most of the Mach6 bits (sold the frame and forks) onto a Liteville 601 frame plus new 180mm Lyrics
February 2016: Sold the Stanton frame and put the bits onto a new Yeti SB5c frame
Also replaced both the wheelsets on both remaining bikes in the last 3 months.
Just put a new shock on the SB5c (Fox X2) and will maybe also get new Fox 34 forks for it next week to replace the original 3 years old Pikes.

I try to stick to black bikes so the wife doesn’t notice.
Living in HK I am kind of limited to space so 2 bikes is manageable, god help me if I also experiment with the dark side.

Well, the Wan Chai sports bars (cough) tend to be more interested in Rugger/Football but you could ask if they have ESPN, if yes you should be able to catch highlights.

Probably be lucky to get even highlights on local TV, if you are in your usual 5* hotel you may be able to get a paid sports channel.
The internet will probably be your friend here ala Mikes suggestion.

For those missing BigDummy, he is still in HK as far as I am aware (ride with him locally and on location occasionally), great bloke and fun social commentator but seems to have kept his head down on that front recently.
