Depends on the teacher, and what they learnt at university. It is pretty difficult to for teachers to keep up with what’s happening in academic geography, so some simply revert to what they know. Or worse haven’t updated their teaching properly since they started

Spot on with the sugar and fruit, its almost impossibe to stay under the reccomendation and i have eaten NO sweets since 31 Dec nothing. Dont even have sugar in tea or coffee.

We just had a quote £ 450 for something the size of a plug in transformer, I haven’t seen any printers that sort of size but there’s no reason you couldn’t do it in sections, most of the cost appears to be in material type and resolution, tbh we are thinking of buying one due to cost!.

I have a Saracen pylon 8 as my winter bike, it works really well, slight play now in rear wheel, hopefully just needs a slight cone adjustment, will look at it next month when I change back to my good bike.

Alfine hub has been faultless, just could do with swapping to a 42 front ring from the existing 38, occasionally run out of leg speed on the sat club runs.

I’m quite sure that some of the girls really dislike having to parade and pose for photographers and assorted PR types. Yes, they may have great figures but it’s quite demeaning too.

If you realised how little money was in education you might retract your foolish comments.

Teachers are not paid to go on school trips, yes they will not have to pay for any of the expenses but you re giving up an awful lot to go. You are on duty 24/7 and quite frankly less and less teacher are doing it.

So either shut up and pay and be thankful someone is taking your wee brat way or don’t bother going.

Get out a short but fast run, twice a week.

Once the weather get better, get out a very fast ride, between 10 and 15 miles and try and always get your fastest tie round it. Then enjoy riding you mtb at the weekend.
