No, you are hardly a child minder when it’s you own kids.

No bother jam, I will take 4 per hr per child thanks.

You miss the point, school is just a cheap childminding service for a lot of parents, education comes a poor second.

Makes no difference what end they are on, you can just adjust you rear cog to alter the gearing, or the front chainring if you fancy.

Just go for a cheapo halogen lamp one and direct the heat to where you work, don’t try and heat the whole place. Get them for about £25 or less.

I love mine too, I use it on my winter road bike and it works great, ride garage ride etc etc, no clean and a very occasional squirt of gt85 on the chain, just what the doctor ordered in the winter.

If I am planning routes particularly if I am taking folk out on a trail then I use 10km/h to plan how much time I will take. When riding with others it seem a good average, it includes some stops on the way.

Take it off and re grease the bearing and around the crank, then re fit to the required torque, use a torq wrench. You will find the load on the SRAM site.
