I’ve got both on different bikes. I prefer the Racing Ralph’s.

I’d use hole saws. The type that fit in an electric/cordless drill. Page 879/880 in the current screw fix catalogue. There is also a set for £40.

Red 5 site, they have a metal one rather than plastic, can’t remember the model number but it’s yellow, I got one for Xmas, awesome fun, good quality too, indoor and outdoor, weather permitting of course. It’s worth a look!

Seems odd seeing my full name all over the place! News on tv, papers and now a forum that I visit often. Shames its bad circumstances.

Thanks Johnny Panic, no haven’t broken one, I brought the forks from here, but the maxle shaft had no springs so when clamping the lever closed it didn’t function in the right way, but the function of the shaft is fine in regards of fixing the wheel in, just me wanting it right really!

On a serious note! We’ve got a beagle, great with kids, lots of character, the missus works at the Blue Cross in Burford and could give you some pointers.

I have spent a weekend in Bradworthy not that far from Bideford, we drove to Croyde one morning, in a lovely cottage that catered for our 2 dogs, it can be found at helpfulholidays ref K30. Would highly recommend it.

Going to Bradworthy. About 12-13 miles south west of Bideford. I’m starting to think it going to be an OS map and bridleways.

Thanks for the info. No info on the body, just trying to set the sag, being a chunky monkey, got to 200psi and wondered if this is over the recommended pressure. 220psi is just right! Thanks

Hi geordiemick, I’ve ridden round that way, while staying at my folks place in Sheringham . I checked out the footpaths and bridleways, and came up with a route. This maybe a little vague, but when leaving Sheringham you can take a bridleway that take you over to a wood on the way to Little Sheringham and up to Sheringham Park following the paths through there and down and across the road to the coastline, by the golf course and up a steep climb. Then I headed back into Sheringham but the coastal path runs for ages in both directions. I also went to Keeling Heath, good for a fast hack around, you can park up at a caravan site but I forget the name.
    Hope this is helpful

So it’s not all that bad of a pace, went out with some guys that were so much faster than me, so wondered if I really was too slow.

Apparently it’s easy to get lost, so no Amos I don’t fancy finding my own way round.

Bugger! I’m going regardless, I’ve been told that the labyrinth is good fun and will be open. Intense is 160mm travel, hardtail 120mm travel, I was thinking hardtail, haven’t been out on it for a while.
