    Order cancelled, full refund.
Told next shipment of 200 bikes should be mid June, yet another month away.
No guarantee my order is one of them.
    Sod that, enough’s enough.

fbk, don’t really want to name and shame the LBS,
If they are to be believed it’s down to ATB’s supply or under estimating demand.
Doesn’t help either when you read reviews saying they’ve had their bike for the past 3 months.
It’s not like I’m on the phone harassing them every week for a delivery date, but last time I phoned it was a case of ‘don’t phone us, we’ll phone you’

Kevin1911/Dseenya, Moosecycles could be getting a call shortly if it’s a medium.

Paid a 10% deposit in October to supposedly secure the bike.
Paid the remaining balance in 2 instalments at start of the year thinking, ah well! only the end of month to wait.
    Crazy isn’t it!

Matt, seriously tempted to bin the order If I haven’t heard back from them by start of May.
£4k refund would go well towards a nice Carbon Nomad with a CCDB.

CRC’s private sale has the old style 32h in black only for £233.
was 4 in stock half an hour ago.
Got some MTX 31 rims for £19 each too.
Hard to beat at that price!

Old pub story/folklore (probably) of chap who asked for a KFC fillet burger without mayonnaise.
Sat down with said burger, took a bite and wretched.
Returned to the counter to complain about the mayo, staff member was certain he hadn’t put any on.
Poor chap had bitten into a chicken fillet with a cyst.
    Queasy even thinking about it.

This could well be true. Had 4 unrecognised transactions go out in one day this week after a CRC order, 2x £10
O2 top-up cards then stung for over £600. A call to banks fraud department, card cancelled and money refunded in 24 hours

Aracer, been cutting back for a month now, it’s only the last 2 week that I’ve properly weighed myself, but I think you’re right. Was just so demoralising standing on the scales to see I was heading the wrong direction.
Looking to drop the last 12lbs by mid March
New bike on the way is the incentive.

Yeah that 1390cal. is based on not doing any exercise.
A 2hr spin on the bike according to my Garmin burns around 1000cal. I have a bigger calorie intake those days so I don’t reckon my body is going into starvation mode.
Definitely feel thinner, tighter notch on the belt and all but the scales are telling me a different story.

I think Mk1’s were a square platform, pins screwed in from top.
Mk2’s are offset parallelogram shaped, pins mount from underside.
Bushings should push out with small flatnose screwdriver.
CRC does rebuild kits for £18

If you sweat as much as me, no waterproof material is going to wick the moisture away fast enough, I found the ‘Buffalo Teclite shirt’ the best solution.
Don’t care if I get wet as long as I’m not jibbering with cold. Similar styling to your Paramo smock too. Well toasty, well vented and really fast drying. Just throw a base layer on underneath and you’re good to go

    and Bill Drummond (KLF)
    Bad Wisdom

Drummond and Manning undertake an epic journey to the North Pole to sacrifice an icon of Elvis Presley.
Had a goood old giggle at it I remember.

Had this one as a courtesy car for a few weeks.
Was well kitted out, full heated leather, JCW body kit, cruise control, air con, £2k's worth of alloys.
Was an absolute riot to drive, not sore on the juice either, getting 45/46mpg.
Down side was boot and rear legroom was a joke and erm. the price, £22k
