Stirling has loads of middle ground stuff. I can link a couple of hours worth easily doable on a hardtail but bumpier than a glentress blue….

Another wera user here. Allan and torx.

Bought after using both cheap and supposedly high quality others (which were not) and they just work.

I emailed them to check. If its a scam its a good one, I am just getting so sceptical of everything these days!

Yip. They appear to be Canadian and there are some semi famous people who use thier products.

Yes phone live records everything quadcopter does.

It can and will be used in evidence……

The quality is good enough for social media sharing.

I am however amazed the thermals didnt really have an impact on its flight path, my wee mavic would have been all over the place.

Had one on my last 4 cars (bar the cheapo passat) Kids love it, makes car bright and airy and even when open motorway speeds dont create a huge amount of noise.

I would struggle to buy a car without one now.

If you fill in an affidavit saying they scammed you and postage is more than the item paypal
    fully refund you.

I just had this with a plastic welder. Again said uk based company bit wasnt on a fb advert.

Good scam though, sell items under 20 quid. Send something worth pennies thats over 20 quid to return.

My car does this in reverse. Even with parking sensors off. It keeps picking up the bike rack and slamming on the brakes. Super frustrating

Similar experience made me buy a lexus. BMW- were total crap. Audi, ok but as soon as I said lease not buy it was clear I was speaking to the wrong sales guy and he walked away….Both pre arranged.

Lexus? No appointment, Gave me a muffin, freshly ground coffee and an IS for 24 hours with no mileage restriction and just bring back with same fuel. All on a walk in.

    Loved that car as well.

Insurance is just weird. We were cheaper me insuring the car with wife as named than other way round but her on own was cheaper than me on own.

I have bought and sold 2 bikes and a car exactly this way. Paypal is just a vehicle to use a credit card, you can easily get 18months intetest free deals so it makes sense.

The buyer comes to view, says yes please and pays by paypal using a phone. Money appears in your account. You say thanks and they walk away with the thing you sell.

If its ebay you have a collect in person option as above.

So converted my wl.toys 124019 to brushless 4500kv. Still running a 2s. Its frighteningly fast, easy 45ph (seen same set up doing 50s with foam tyres) and a lot of fun on the estate grassy bit.

Excuse the cameraman, he is only 4

We have had a private plate since 2014 on about 5 cars. One of which was written off.

Every time we go to trade in the car with the plate we get asked why we are not declaring it as a written off car, despite the accident being years ago and the last 2l3 cars not existing at the time of the crash…

I am riding one, its a HB130. Like all dreams the reality wasnt initially as good as I had hoped, however with a lot of adjustments its now amazing and really progressing my riding.

I am riding stuff only 6 months ago I walked and smashing pb on local trails I have ridden for years.

I however still lust after another bike. (Feels like cheating on your mrs) I have never ridden anything as good as this down a steep trail, it was however too slow on the up and i kept hitting my heels off the chainstay…

If I won a wadge of cash I would buy one with a coil in an instant and have it as a golfie/laggan/munro bashing special.

I have found several ticks on me, one from aviemore gave me most Lyme symptoms but i tested negative (coincidence maybe i had a virus at same time) however a good riding mate had it from one in Mugdock and was on full antibiotics for some time.

Nasty little buggers no mattet what. Carry tweezers in car and riding bag plus smidge

Timing is perfect, parts have never been more attractive, especially anything saying Hope on it has a queue.

I sold the brakes off my hb (tech3e4) with a cut rear hose for 250 last year, loads of comments on the sale post saying that was stupid expensive.

I see ones on today with a **** lever for 300 and there is no end of people asking about them.

Loads of older bikes with big price tags seem to be selling too.

If you havent read (or seen) the Expanse series read that. Multiple novels & short stories.

Realistic (as can be), engaging, great characters and superb plot.

A couple years back I did a high end demo day at glentress.

I was on a canyon strive at the time with 26 inch wheels.

I demoed loads including an alpine 160 650b

It was by far the worst bike there. Horrible to ride, didnt deal with bumps properly, had terrible brake jack and “wibbled” when pushed through bends. It almost felt like the front and rear were not properly connected…

My old strive was a better bike ( 1/3rd price) and the Nomad this demo led me to buy was several steps better.

Laughing at the “inner city oik” chat where Moray is a hotbed of covid in Scotland. A region famed for its population density…..

    (Its 110 per sq mile…)

Had jab on tuesday. Felt great by Thursday. This morning cycled up usual (albeit steep) hill and really struggled. Felt properly dodgy for 5 to 10 minutes. Might be related, might be something else but i was in a poor place.

Ok so its lots more (£2600) but a deviate highlander with a 150mm link would be an amazing choice.

Based in stirling (not built in uk) so very available for a chat and Ben is a sound guy.

Look up videos by mctrailrider to see one in action.

First jab (astrazenica) yesterday at 11. 42 year old and fit/healthy.

No reaction till last night, woke up at 4am with what felt like flu fever all over, had to go stand in the bathroom on cold tiles/windows open. Wife asked if I was going through the change…

Didnt get much sleep but feel generally fine now, little groggy and temp is gone.

I had a fast audi but dsg, 4wd and quality interior drowing out noise made it feel like a playstation car.

Best car ever had was my lexus. It was not the fastest and was quite heavy but it drove like nothing else I have driven since. Properly sorted chassis and just a lovely place to be.

    60k will get you a RCF…..

Good mate won 50k on a 10quid free bet on a football acca.

Personally won 1k on postcode lottery.

However having worked for a local radio station I would say to everyone enter the comps on them. Very few people call in so you have a decent chance of winning.

Audi S3 is pretty much the same car but nicer inside/slightly less power(irl, not on paper)

Or a second hand rs3 but you are next stage with them.

Re faslane- you do realise how many companies provide things like construction, design, maintenance, food, supplies, materials etc. so if it went it effects thousands.

Rosyth has 2000 staff and builds british ships.

Overall only 2.6 million scots work but our population is over twice that. So who pays for the other half???

What does scotland make to sell to the outside world? You do realise thats how a countries economy works? We cant all live off Whisky profits and our crap tourism (think how welcome tourists are on Skye…)

Without England, Wales and Ni we would be in a proper state.

Look at the mistake made of leaving Europe. All great ideologically till it actually happens…

    Teams will always beat individuals.

My mates were going to get t shirts printed with Muz, glasses! As i constantly left my riding specs everywhere we stopped.

Best was at the top of broon trout at glentress. Ran up to get them, ran down (still with the Garmin on) and got a strava pb :)

I can turn one way far better than the other (same with my boarding).

There is a local corner I just couldn’t ride. Proper 180 tight and decent elevation change.

I went up one day and sessioned it 20 times filming myself.

What became obvious was my nice body position on flatter tight turns went out the window and I was tensing up.

So relax is the first thing. More weight over the front, dip shoulders, twist etc.

I can now nail it but like all skills took practice, criticism/coaching (self!) and commitment.
