Where was he on that list that was leaked a while ago, it was showing how the tour organisers had rated potential dopers.
    IMO he’s clean.

I’ve just swapped back to 53/39 as like mrmo says with a compact the gaps are too big.

I’m glad he’s racing the TDF to be honest, disappointing if he proves to be a cheat but he won’t be the first…………….or last in any sport. They all cheat at the top level, football, F1 the lot!!

    Hi Guys

We managed to recover around 70% of photos using recuva in the end, although it’s been a mess sorting them all out at least all was not lost.

    Thanks for your help

    Cheers

Ride hills as much of the above suggests. You could try finding a decent middle ring climb (say five + minutes), ride it on the steady side of hard & time how long it takes, then repete climb until you can no longer keep within that time, steady ride home.. :-)

Have the window open so it’s a little cold(but not freezing) leave your feet/lower leg out from under the covers until they are cold (proper cold) then pop them back under the covers….sleep will be your soon as. Works for me…. :-)

I didn’t find the Spesh shoes that good TBH, Northwave are good as are sidi, shimano are very small sizes i.e. you need at least one size biger than normal.
Using these at the mo which are v good IMO.

Pretty sure I read that Beryl Burton top women cyclist in the 50-70s died of a heart attack that was caused by her training over many years when she was ill. Think it caused some abnormality in her heart.

I’d go Cross Bike. On dry fire rolling track type rides they can be really fast. I use one on Salisbury plain that goes like concrete during the summer so the CX is fast & smooth.

That said I also like the look of the Niner Air.. :-)

I think I’ll be going, not ridden it for a few years, gonna ride my CX bike.
I was up that way today & its really soft so skinny tyres are a must.
