No clearance issues with the rigid 26" fork.

Anybody know if I can stretch a 26" tube to fit the 29" rim if I get a puncture or am I going to have to carry 2 tubes.

Haribo, I stand corrected. I forgot about Marthrown.

I stayed at the round house they had at Marthrown a few years ago before it burned down. Very eco-friendly with the composting toilet and urinal.

A very good alternative.

It's no laughing matter. I left the head in when I tried to remove it and had to go to the doctors to get it checked out. His first question was "how did you get a tick there, you catch them off sheep".

I hate ticks. I seem to get them every time I'm out at Mabie Forest. If I stop for a pee I always go in the middle of a fire road after I picked up a very embarrassing bite.

If you are riding Mabie then you can't get closer than Mabie House Hotel. They have these wooden pod things that sleep 4 in the grounds that cost £35 per night.

Perfect for a few pints then a cheeky night ride.

Not had any experience with the Endura Event jacket but I've got one of these and been happy with it so far.

I've got a knocking noise from my 426 u-turns as well. It happens when I compress them from fully extended and then when they start to return. I'm gonna pull them apart at the weekend to see if there is anything obvious. If I can't see anyhting then I'll send them to TF Tuned.

The LG Viewty is a complete pain to unlock. I paid for a unlock code from one of the internet unlock sites but they were unable to calculate what the code should be. Got my money back no problem though.

I then managed to download unlocking software for free and it kind of half worked. The viewty was on three and now works with vodafone as well but not o2. The software also reset the IEME number of the handset.

Best advice is to take to a shop and stump up the cash for them to do it.
