UPDATE 😀

Police have been round to my house this morning to look at my bike. In fact we found to more cracks in the carbon, so 4 cracks in total. So the driver did a proper job of wrecking my bike.

The police say they have written to the driver and he has 28 days to response.

Also the police say that he is a mobility driver so that has got me thinking , etc.

I liked how the police was wanting to get this all sorted and get my bike/frame replaced.

Hopefully I will be good to go for hit the North. on my other bike of course.

It’s a right ball ache all this, dying to get back on the bike. 🙁

Still got a few aches and pains but a lot better than I was last thursday

Yes we do have legal cover on our house insurance. I am going to see what the police come back with and get advice from them.

I see where you’re coming from. It’s been put forward to the traffic police and they are going to follow things up. But I will get on there backs about it sooner rather than later. I have never been in this situation before so am all bit puzzled of what to do.

When me and the misses were selling are old house one estate agent seemed more interested in how many houses they had sold in the area than showing an interest in selling area’s

End of the day you/me everyone selling a house are paying there wages, so make them work it. There are plenty of agents out there, so they need you more than you need them.

Both if needed, put it this way it doesn’t take all day to draw , redesign or design from scratch a logo/identity. Most logo’s I have designed in the past have taken between 1 and 5 hrs form start to finish. This all depends on what the client wants. It isn’t rock science. Other people in design sell it as through it’s really complicated and talk a load B******S so they can charge loads of money.

I keep the design process simple, I work for myself and so no big over heads etc etc.

No, it’s right, like once I went into Asda and they had put the 4 pack of relentless on the self where it said £1 and I told one of the employees there that they had made a mistake but I pointed it out that they had to sell them at that price and so they did, so I grab 4 packs.

Done it plenty of times when shops have messed up.

With any shop if it’s advertised at that price and you buy it at that price they have to oner it, it’s your customer rights, the law and so on

I’ve actually been to there place in Barnsoldwick 3 times with small issues with my my hope stuff and ever time they have sorted it there and than EXCELLENT SERVICE
