Is it a carbon frame?. When my carbon frame broke it had plastic inside. I think they blow into the bags to get the shape of the frame when they are making them in the factories.

Yes, they are bad for you. A can of Monster is the same as eating 1 1/2 family size trifle. Also a friend told me a mate of his use to drink 10-15 cans of red bull a day which eventually lead him to been hospitalised.

Just got back yesterday from 4 days of hard riding at Coed y Brenin on my Anthem x1. Fantastic bike, never let my down, so fast and very good over the rough stuff even for a short travel bike. 😀

Am not winging about it, I just feel some people are over pricing there items, and time and time again you see the same people putting the same item on again and again.

I would rather get a bit less money for my item than re-list it time and time again.

The money doesn’t stop me wishing it hadn’t happened. The accident has changed the sort of riding I do and I regularly feel nervous riding on the road as a result.

I agree with you, hence why I will properly buy another MTB instead of replacing my road bike.

All this has put my off road riding 😥

Yes he has been charged for leaving the scene AND not informing the police of the accident within 24 hr after it had happened.

Know what you mean mate. All I wanted was the money to replace my bike like for like. I haven’t seen a solicitor for companion because am not the suing type, but the insurance company offered me the money.

exactly the sort of thing I need in Newcastle to go biking with my daughter.

The insurance company offered me £2000 companion for my injuries. I am quite happy with that.

UPDATE

Think things are coming to an end, The guy who knock me off my bike insurance company have just rang up to say the will be sending me a cheque for £4710. £2710 to replace my bike and clothing, helmet and £2000 for my injuries.

So better start looking for a new bike than 😀

Just had a spin on it and it rides great and the gears shift great too, a nice play about bike me thinks 😀
