all of this makes me wonder what you guys would say if someone bought a bike: “normal” price from someone who knows bikes.

    so no red flags

and it turns out to be stolen.

would buyer of such bike be in the wrong? would he have to return the bike?
    just wondering.

    anything available with aa batteries

prefer aa since i’ve got loads off rechargable ones lying around and like the fact that when randonneuring i can always get some extra aa’s along the way if needed

using a dinotte light at the moment but it’s slowly dying on me

or are 18650 really that much better and should i buy a few and a charger

A tool for getting the peanut butter (or whichever spread is of fancy) that is left in the bit of the jar just below the neck where the jar widends.

    my dad uses this
not a spec of nutella left in the jar when he’s around

    bobble presse

using an aeropress now but the fact that you can drink straight from the presse is appealing (because i’m lazy)

can’t offer any advice on grading as I have very little experience on climbing in the uk.

the numbness thing i can totally relate to. Did some silly solo climbs (alpine)after losing a close friend and girlfriend in an avalanche.
the recklesness wore off after a while though (and has been replaced by being a bit of a wuss since becoming a dad)

what i would notice as a sportclimber going to an alpine (trad) environment is that i would get so focused on the climb that i would forget about placing gear.
i needed to learn to look constantly for placements and not climb a bit and say. mmmm about time i put something in and only then start looking for a placement

Twicewithchips. Yes, but also widens peripheral blood vessels which will make your skin warm but your core cold.

I’m drinking jagermeister because it tastes best on a ski slope, not because I think it will make me warm and cozy. :-)

i have some joylent @ work for those “late night need to finish this” moments.
    (joylent = soylent euro version)

taste wise it gets better if you let is sit (in the fridge) for a while which i never do since it’s an “emergency” solution.

way better than eating chocolates or crisps.

won’t be buying again, to me it’s just some overpriced protein powder and finely shredded oats.
will be mixing myself for future use

if you want to use it longer term… add a multivitamin.

    my 2 cents

    not a long term solution
    but aspirin thins the blood
thinner blood = better circulation = warmer hands.

Use the talker t80 @ work. (For events)
Range is good. Sound quality okay but not the best.
Battery Life is good, charging takes ages tough.

We bought the normal t80 instead of the extreme because we were told the weatherproofing on the extreme muffles the Sound a bit.

Thats the site where info Will be on when released.

if the start will be in Antwerpen for the cyclo, expect a Long boring flat start

I do think it would be a LOT More enjoyable to Rose it on another dat then the Official cyclo. Its Always overcrowded, especially on the climbs.

LBL is a lot nicer (and harder) by the way
Would defenitely recommend over flanders if you want to do the Official cyclo
