    just hang from the bar
do negatives, start @ the top (use a chair or whatever to get there) and slowly lower yourself.

negatives will yield the fastest results.

if your bar is in a doorway always do one when passing or do a 10,20, or 30 second deadhang.
this is called “greasing the groove” and quite effective

Last time I tried this the other folk in the chainy weren’t too impressed

Pro tip: decant the crisps directly into your back pocket, that way there’s no messing about with packaging 🙂

just get pringles, they are nicely stacked in the tube.

I have tried many but the best I’ve found BY FAR are the zojirushi ones. Leak proof, retain heat very well, easy to drink from, easy to clean, spare parts available,…

In Belgium fast ebikes need a license plate. An e bike is considered fast if it can reach speeds of 45km/hour.
Rules are kinda the same as for mopeds. Government is still trying to figure out if they want them on the bike lane or on the road.
Use of these fast ebikes for commuting has exploded, i see up to 40 on my 45 km commute nowadays. Used to be a few a day last year. Mind this is on a busy bikecommuter highway.
E mtbikes are not regulated, this might change in the future but i think that as long as its obvious that an emtb is being used for sport and not transport that it would be exempt from the rules, kinda like a roadbike used for sport does not need to have reflectors and lights…

Now, whilst not wanting to fall foul of Rule 1, I’m pissed off about the lack of parking info – I very much would have paid if it had been in any way obvious that I needed to (or parked elsewhere)

There probably was a blue card sign which indeed means you should have used a blue disc and could have parked for 2 hours for free…

the heat pump dryers don’t work very well when it’s cold. so if your dryer sits in a cold garage (like ours) you’re better off getting a condensing one.

most Dutch (i’m belgian) and other non native english speakers will pick up english from movies, tv, music,…
so we hear **** quite a lot.
it gets a lot more common as a word for us, than for someone who is a native speaker and doesn’t hear **** in every other sentence when they hear english.
makes it a lot less harsh as a word for us I THINK.

my mate from new zealand was quite shocked with the lyrics of this “feelgood hit of the summer” back in 2015 when he came over for a summer of riding in the alps.
I hadn’t really given it much tought before he mentioned it, still sang along all summer tough :-)

yes   i’ve been doing it for about a year now.  really struggled with the cold showers at first. am now at the stage where I dislike warm showers. the breathing I do on and off because it really only works in the morning (for me) and I also really like sleep.

benefits, I do think it helps with my chronic inflammation a bit, but it’s not  a miracle solution

there is a free app so no need to buy anything

i started out with a guided breathing clip on youtube

    it’s very easy.

I plait our girls hair every morning, never a ponytail as that gets in the way of the bike helmet

daughter used a camelback eddy, but it started leaking after 2 years use
now she uses a contiga ashland. so far so good. has a lock function.

condensation might be solved if you buy the “chill” version.

    camelback was easier to clean

we have single ikea pocket spring.
firm on my side, soft for the missus
and a double memory foam topper.

we had an expensive mattres before the ikea one
(were you had to go into the shop and lie on a bed with sensors, and the bed/matress gets custom adapted to your weight blablabla)

    ikea one is FAR better
    and about 1/3 price

I did it for a while
felt good. was lifting weights a lot @ the time
also riding bikes a lot but more about riding long and far than fast.

didn’t keep it up. got an injury so didnt work out for a while. so wtaching my intake went down the drain as well
    also, I REALLY like cookies.

    should start over.
found it pretty hard because i do a lot of meetings where sandwiches are provided
am not organized enough to Always take my own food.

    Decathlon rs 760
    Buy a few multipacks.
I buy 15 pairs black ones
No more sorting socks, if one socks gets a hole in it the other stays in rotation.

Only downside is that I “have” to throw away the ones I still have when decathlon change the make, so I cant restock on the “original”
