I've taken the bamboos down for a while – usual supplier is flaky at the moment. Should be back up soon.

If you didn't get Haribo, sorry. I had the devil's own job finding a decent supplier for them only to find my local Spar selling them. Ran out last week after eating my own bodyweight whilst packing the orders. Your loss was my (weight) gain.

I've just spent an hour riding with Mark, Jay and Laura. A very humbling hour it was too. It isn't long enough to completely suss someone out, but here's what I came up with.

For those of you who haven't met Mark he's a cross between Alexei Sayle and Mark Thomas.
He rides a single speed but his attempt at a beard would see him ostracised from any formal SS gathering. Needs work.
His mood was visibly lifted upon sighting Mrs Crimbles' macaroons.
He only stops talking when there's a hill.
He has dabbed twice on hills and was so pissed off that I wouldn't be surprised if he retraced his steps to try again.
His mum has a 'complicated' life.
I'm not sure what 'bumble bees' mean, but it made Jay giggle like a schoolboy.
He is as strong as an ox. bull. They were going like the clappers – I couldn't have kept going at that pace.
I can't see cancer beating him – he has the belligerence (in a good way) to kick its arse.

A thoroughly decent, humble bloke. I said at the end of our brief ride that I'll meet him again someday and I really hope that I do.

Thanks for the positive comments – will get arse into gear…

Valleydaddy – yep – upto 5XL. We don't put them on the site – can't remember why.
Just order as usual and put what size you're after in the customer comments box.

    Hi Chaps,
Sorry if you've not received your stuff – we hand print each shirt to order and when we get busy delays do happen. Nobody else prints this way – it's not the quickest process, but it is the best.
Rest assured you'll have them soon.

    Don't bother with 2nd hand.
Look here Refurb every day. Stock changes very quickly.
Got myself a new MacBook for £570 at Christmas – full Apple warranty etc

Did JOGLE last year with a Hasher. Met up with all his hashing mates in a pub in Edinburgh after they'd started the Edinburgh marathon – don't think they finished it.

Seemed to be a worldwide phenomena – I recently did some t shirts for a Hash in Borneo of all places….

Definitely not jolly hockey sticks though – nothing like mountain biking.. 😉

Been using it for a couple of years.
Works fine, but they stopped development for PowerPC macs a while back.
    Guess that doesn't affect you Stoner…. 😉

Singlespeed. Probably the best gear in the world.

A t shirt in the making. BB – do you want a job?

I'd go for the 'Chuck Norris rides a singlespeed'
and yes, a t shirt will follow.

CBM – dirty t shirt? What would that be……?

    Those shocks are heavy.
I'd recommend removing it and replacing it with a stick. Or feathers held together with cable ties because they are light too.

Drop the missus off in Nailsworth and pop on over to Wotton with your bike.
Could do with an extended lunch break.

Transporter too big? Utter cack – the visibilty is so good that it is easier to park than our Honda FRV was (Golf size).

I've got 3 kids and we're taking them to France next week – 5 bikes + luggage + kitchen sink + huge amount of (wife's) make up. Try that in a Zafirarara.

We've got a Shuttle – full aircon etc, 2 years old, about £12k. Bargain.

Well you certainly took advantage of the 15%…….

On a separate note, just had a polite but insistent letter from Specialized lawyers telling me off about the Special Needs t shirt.

It's being taken down tomorrow – I wondered how long it would take them.

Discount code ends 6pm this evening – sorry!

We've just launched some new lights and can't afford to do them -15% for long.
    Cheers

Do you have a "factory" shop or other outlet in Wooton?

We have our print shop. Factory shop? Nope.

can you do me a bike sign on a blue t shirt ( med ) pls???

Yes. Just order a bike sign, then put what coloured shirt you'd like in the customer's comments box. I'll sort it.

db100 – got my merino from Ground Effect – would thoroughly recommend.

db100 – bamboo are fairly close fitting. Not baggy. Stick with your noraml size. Ideal for wearing to the pub.

Bit of a debate bamboo vs merino. I wear both and like them both. Merino is thicker and therefore warmer but that's about it. Saying that, last winter in the snow I wore a long sleeve bamboo, normal short sleeve jersey on top and was toasty.

About the discount – 15% is pretty good, no?

    Good point cougar.
I quite often spend ages designing stuff, putting it on the site and then realise I've made a howler.

I'd say both easier to navigate and much clearer.
On the old old site if there were more than a dozen products it was fairly unclear that there were more on a subsequent page.

The flip out menu was flaky to say the least too.
    Product grouping/naming a lot better.

Had F1 Unos and they were bullet proof, although I didn't test them with real bullets.

Very comfy, but not £70 better than £50 bibs.

Had my first bad reaction about 12 years ago – 1 bee sting = 10 days off work.

B17s are the comfiest thing I've sat on, but they can't cope with the wet / mud / shite.
You'll be cleaning and re-proofing the thing after every ride and that will take its toll pretty quick.
