Same dual air system and MoCo damper so feel the same but the pikes are stiffer and around a pound heavier

If a standard shock doesn’t work very well would a high volume shock be better for a heavier rider maybe? Maybe a DHX Air?

might have to order one of those baa baa base layers, so are those cut down army gore tex trousers fully water proof or just water resistant like endura singletrack? Sounds like just the thing for rainy outings

i usually ride 35psi but i (accidently to be honest) rode the last handful of rides at 20psi, didnt have any squirming or pinch flats ,grip was great, Maxxis advantage 2.1 on mavic xm117 with tubes

its a nice trick to encourage wear i reckon :-)

i’ve done mine a few times now, i found them better with 7.5wt in the damper instead of 5wt.

Is teflon grease okay for the seals? doesn’t bugger the bushings does it?

why not get pro 2’s on dt swiss 4.2?

you can get away with it but in my experience it makes the bike steer horribley, moves freely to begin then gets very stiff the further you move the bars,

just swap em over, only take a 30 second

no, having them in would probably very very slightly encourage it to loosen

I have some rock shox tora 318 100mm air (the good ones with proper motion control and alloy steerer) with a long enough steerer if your interested.

my 2009 dual airs dont even when i’ve serviced them and put twice the reccomended oil in .

I reckon you have a problem

the problem isnt really the cup and cone system (although it is an unnecessary pain), the problem is the useless freehubs they put it them, you want proper self serviceable freehubs with big pawls and springs, not en-caged free hubs with tiny ball bearings ,small pawls and weak spring to keep them quiet

then factor in the fact that they can’t rust…would seem to make sense to upgrade to me!

I dont feel physically tired because of it. Just head coldy if that makes any sense, i dont think its a full blown bed ridden cold. I have no aches or pains in my body.

Should i go and just take it easy?

if the moco unit isnt leaking try putting 10ml more in the damper. Worked for me

just standard fork fluid will be fine, 15wt for lowers lubrication and 5wt-7.5wt for the damping should do you fine

take the core out with a valve core remover and clean it?

you can still use them, just sand down the tiny lip on the top hat that clicks into the bearing and your done, you can even take out a bb spacer if you want the exact same axle length

maybe tighten all the bearing bolts and shock mounts to stop the play. If that doesnt work youll have to just kock the bearings out and press some more in

ooh i never saw that. Ill happily knock a tenner off though .
    good luck anyway

    Hi,
It's a SyncMaster B1930, and it doesn't come in a box to be particular, but it does come in the plastic wrapping with all the other parts packed up in plastic.

Ill even throw in some speakers if you'd like.

Obviously i am a little bias but the brand new screen i have for sale is an excellent screen, what sets it apart is the massive contrast ratio so you get really deep black for example, the problem with cheaper monitors is you dont get this, just rubbish dark greys.

ps- im not just saying this i used the previous model and it was excellent quality
