So sorry to hear of your loss and my deepest condolences.

Probably not as 1×11 is shite on a gravel bike (imho) so can’t see why it would be of any use on a road bike…..pure marketing bollocks

Had good results with both Viking Lube (blue stuff) and Squirt Lube (white jizzy stuff).

If you’re not happy working with ladders then you might want to consider getting a roofer in to carry out the work on your roof….it can be long way down with an unforgiving landing

Should be fine although there’s a rocky section near the bottom of Drafft (Red) that’s claimed a fair few rear tyres…

From bitter experience I can say that while body armour won’t prevent broken collar bone it will certainly reduce the severity of the injury (for a direct impact)

Not sure that you need an IDP to hire a car in Canada. I hired a car a couple of years ago in Vancouver and they were happy with my UK driving licence….

Been running a 29er 2.35 Magic Mary and 2.3 Minion DHF on 30mm internal rims for since early March….works a treat.
Also able to run them a few psi less than when they were on my old mk2 flows!

The valley trails are definitely well worth a look at as well!

2.5 DHF works fine as a rear tyre :-)

Been wearing knee pads for mtb (XC, enduro, DH) on every ride for past 6 years and arm pads for past 4 years – now just part of routine kit for riding.

    Go for it.

I don’t need one but I still want one for the uphill giggles ;)

    Hi Tom,
    Thanks for the recommendation :)
We’re going with Cycling Tenerife (I’ll say Hi from you). The location and set up sounds perfect.

TF Tuned put a chopped down Lyrik coil spring in my Pikes earlier this year after the airspring packed up……vast improvement in performance and feel :D

I’ve been using the Bell Super 2R MIPS since February ’15.
Very comfortable and good fit…well, it fits my head just fine! :)
The removable chin guard is great.

Yep, elbow & knee pads every time I go off-road and also shoulder protection for the past 12 months since I busted my shoulder – I don’t really see it as being any different to wearing a lid!
