I work for a large company with a very large fleet. in the last couple of years ive been in a position where I’ve been involved with complaints about liveried vehicles. Here lies the problem … so many people make the most insane complaints that you find it hard to believe the genuine ones.
No1. Vehicle Reg XXX was parked over my drive today for over two hours I could not find the driver and I missed a very important appointment.
Asked the drivers manager to check the log, the vehicle was in that street at that time. As was the manager carrying out a audit on the driver and vehicle. All logged and backed up by trackers.
So someone wants a bit of compo!
I could go on.
Anyway a good result for TJ.

And it was a rave review. About 2 days later I was presented with the actual bike from the test, -ride this bring it back when you are done.
Hmmm, maybe like some wines it didn’t travel well.

On a very hot MTB marathon gave a Polish (I think) guy a drink and gel as he was in a bad place … he couldn’t speak English then but as the drink and gel worked their magic his English came back. So I guess he was feeling rough.
