I may stand corrected on Mr Campervan Culture. He parks it up where we store our stock ,I’m there every 2 weeks and I’m certainly aware of it taking up 2 parking spaces on a regular basis. One Saturday there were 3 vans, lots of camouflage shorts and a general air of something happening. Van was still there on the next visit.

Fair play to him if he does do off road adventures.

To be fair that Syncro may be taking a bit of a rest as currently there is a new project that is likely getting all the love.
However it certainly wasn’t built for posing.

If this was in the outback , fair enough. It’s not, it’s in Sutton and I see it every week so it never goes anywhere even remotely exciting

    Is that so?

You can see that Syncro on it’s trips around Sutton in CVC’s Arctic Circle series here.

The parts were listed on an account linked to Cash Generator-Burton, after contact from the police it appears Cash Gen-Redditch branch (local to me) have responded to the police admitting they have the frame and that the bike was disaassembled there.

I called Redditch Cash Generator on a hunch soon after the robbery and gave a description of the bike asking if they had it which they denied I informed them it was stolen and if it came in to notify me, they took my details. Dodgy lying c-you-enties!

Just heard back from the police, they have located the remaining items at Cash Generator, Police have ordered the store to hold all related items and will seizing them in due time.

Thanks for the heads up I had just recently given up trawling the listings myself gutted we missed the forks though!

I have a number of their products including the canvas jeans, they seem very durable, utilitarian but smart too.
Can’t see them being frowned upon in an office environment.

One thing I will say is mine came up noticeably bigger than my moleskins, I wear a 36 in the moles and 34 in the canvas both Guvnor cut.

Rega turntable and a network media client into a Cyrus 8 Amp plus DAC with Tannoy Floor standers.

Denon BT250 Bluetooth Speaker for DIYing, working on cars, out in the garden etc; amazing sound for what it is.

Can’t abide any Alexa smart nonsense though.

I have Oly EM5 mk2 and EM1 mk2 with a nice set of pro lenses. Great cameras the EM1 astonishing! Olympus have probably the best tech in the M4/3 market and the lenses, especially the pro ones are suberb plus they are built like tanks along with the bodies and weather sealed too. Check out the IS on the EM1.2 or new 1x! Oh and Livecomp mode if you wanna get creative.

Love my William Lennon’s, not a bad price for handmade quality.
They also do their Rufflander range which are more work environment centred and great value.

My daughter(7) and I have just completed our joint-birthday project, the ever popular Lunchbox!
I ditched the shocks swapping to Absima adjustables for build

I didn’t have an LB myself when I was a lad, always had a hankering for one but had Hornet, grasshopper etc then quickly moved on to more capable race buggies with a Mardave Meteor before taking to the rostrum at the local race club with a Schumacher Cat XLS.

The Lunchbox was a blast earlier today, my daughter has picked it up fairly well and it seemed pretty stable contrary to its rep, I’ll put that down to the shock setup.

    Anyway, here’s how she looks.

If after your trial you are still considering, have a think, I’d take 500 for the lot or feel free to make an offer for the body.

Steve, I’ve listed it on Shpock for 600 including the 25mm f1.8. But open to offers.

    https://en.shpock.com/i/W6E16C9x0AdPUvoy/?lft=

Sizewise, although a compact body it is very well designed and with my average size hands found it very comfortable to use, however with the longer, heavier Pro lenses on I’d say you may want to invest in the battery grip.

I think it gets the balance of comfort, control and pocketability bang on.

What sort of photography are you interested in?

    Hi,

I opened this thread as I’m also looking for recommendations on where to list photography gear but notice your possibly in the market for an OMD.

I have an M5 mk2 up for sale, fantastic bit of kit, upgraded to a 1.2 though and the 5 has sat in it’s box since. Low shutter count, great condition, lens option available, 2x batteries . Gimme a shout if of interest .

How about something from Vashti Bunyan?

Most likely the Lookaftering album, maybe Here Before

Some may describe it as sickly or childlike but I find her voice so soothing.

Most of those Chinese class T jobbies are crap, just won’t have the umpf to drive those well.

If you want a small, discrete amp look at the Temple Bantam, possibly still a little under powered but you’ll get a much cleaner sound.

    http://www.templeaudio.net/bantamgold.html

    Or these from Amptastic

    https://www.amptastic.com

Other than that if I had to recommend a decent, secondhand option I’d look at Rotel.

I have an old 971 in the loft which needs repairing.Great amp oodles of power.

    One here on ebay

    As Mr Monkeyfinger says.

    I’m out for work 9-6, 4 days a week. Home Fri .

Somedays GF is home a bit earlier than me and Weds she works from home.

Tsuki spends most of the day asleep whether we are home or not, some times she’ll need a fair bit of convincing to actually go for a walk but needs must as she absolutely refuses to have a slash and certainly not a dump anywhere near the house! Well at least we can be confident there’s no nasty surprises in the garden.

<span style=”font-size: 0.8rem;”>Take her a decent walk however and she’ll walk and run all day too, I guess this is why they sleep so much, conserving their energy for “hunting” </span>

Neighbours say they wouldn’t even know we had a dog if not for seeing her, being a Shiba Inu they are known for being unusually quiet dogs though, no chance of her barking or whining .

It’s Friday my day off and here she is.
