Ahh yes ever hear of the simple audio room player ?
This uses powerline technology so you don’t have to worry bout wiring .
There is a player which connects to your existing hifi or one with a built in amp.

Was just reading through and thought of active active monitors ..used some at my old job as broadcast monitors.

These are good value and some even feature built in a DAC for connecting digital sources
    active monitors

    A bit pricey but ..

What Dac are you looking at adding?
I’m assuming the D/A conversion is currently being done by the Denon?

Which DAC to which Amp? a cheap DAC may be no better than the one in your P.C..

Personally I wouldn’t bother for spotify alone but it’d be worth it if your playing lossless music from the P.C/ Mac

A system is always limited by the source ,there’s no point splashing out on hi end gear and feed it low quality material from spotify / internet radio etc . A lot of music nowadays is already dynamically compressed enough as it is without further degrading it by use of spotify etc.

    I run a Cyrus / Quad system.

Most of it was at the DH track at Kinver
The car park for the DH track is here:
    http://goo.gl/maps/IcxSc

To get to the track you just go right along the birdleway directly behind the car park for about 100-200m and you’ll see signs for the DH tracks. You’re there

Cheers buddy. I’ll check it out.

I use a PC running a variety of media server programs including :
    Tversity
    Twonky
    PS3 Media Server
    Logitec Media Server
    White Bear
    Plex (i thought was shit)

Not sure if all these are available for Mac tho ?
Not had any Probs with the PS finding any of them except maybe a couple of firewall issues years ago .

The main issue is that basically the PS3 isn’t a very good streamer IME its menu system is clunky and takes ages to navigate through a large library , it is noisy too.
But the main issue I have is its file type type support is very limited and because of this you may find (dependent on what files you want to play) That you won’t be able to play all your films or music direct from a NAS and like me need a Computer with media Server to transcode files like Flac ,MKV etc on the fly .
I’ve decided to ditch the PS3 as a streamer and use A WDTV live which is a player/Nas combo .

    Thanks but no .
I can play flac’s fine on the PS3 in standard mode where it resamples the audio to 48kHz. Problem is I don’t want it resampled I want my Amp to receive LPCM at 44.1kHz as audio should be.
If I switch the PS3 to o/p at 44.1kHz it stutters.

Clearly the typical loads from the front wheel represent rotational leverage pivoting around a lateral widthways axis through the centre of the headset – that’s the same whatever the bike. But we’re talking about the loading via the rear wheel – you are claiming that the front triangle dominates the compliance because the rear triangle is a triangle. However, when you consider the forces applied to the front triangle via the rear triangle from the rear wheel, the front triangle is also a triangle!

Only if the front wheel axle is mounted at the headtube …

If you don’t have a suitable tool you can possibly sort it using the lever blade as a tool .
After removing the lever blade assy and then the cam from the lever blade, put the lever blade back into the master cyl.assy. without pivot bolt and wiggle it vertically up and down to try and seat the bushes.

Yes I’d def say they have a more linear feel than the Fox forks i’ve used tho’ I’ve had no experience with the 2012 130RL. To start with I did find them a little stiff on small bumps and had to let a little more air out than I expected to.
Although it may take a while to get the sweet spot with DT’s one thing you will notice straight out of the box is the plushness … it will amaze you .

Been running a set for a fair few months now and they are awesome ! best fork i’ve had (owned RS,Fox n Marzocchi)
They take a bit of setting up to get right IME but once dialled in are fantastic so smooth.
The controls are really nice and precise and build quality excellent.

As mentioned before you’ll want to think about listening environment, some designs are open, semi open,or closed driver cases. open ones will allow noise to both leak in or out .

    I use AKG’s
look at Sennheiser,Audio Tehnica ,Grado etc.
    Avoid Beats,Skullcandy etc.

Just wondering does the O.P and all who agree with his opinion vet every employee of every company they have dealings with ??
Who built your house your car etc ? Some of those involved could be worse than this bunch with a nudy callendar Ffs !

Imagining the O.P checking the buiders vans for grot mags as his house is built ha ha

Seriously your boycott list must be huge ! How do you survive ?

What the video shows me is a good, honest happy work environment which we should value . The amount of falseness where I work whenever there are visitors in is cringeworthy.

The larger bearings in the bottom cup could potentially be more robust thats about it . Remember you don’t have to step-down the headset you can always step-up the crown race thus taking any advantage that the larger bearings may give.
