mm froggy is not in the same boat… Think you could not go wrong with a Zesty the stumpy or the Trek. For weight and all round reviews the Zesty would get my vote, almost got a 514

If it was just pain I would not mind…. my left arm has constant pins & needles, left leg at times, arm has numbness and loss of feeling in the fingers, arm goes dead and very heavy 30 times a day or so!…

I have seen more than 1 gp, 4 in total. It seems the ultimate problem is my spine spaces have collapsed and this is the issue, wether I have herniated or prolapse disc is another matter, they should have done an MRi in the 1st place as the Xray was untimatley a waste of time.. I said this at the time and knew I would be back for an MRI… I need an MRI as in the words of the GP "you need to see a nuro sergeon, but to get to one you need an MRI for them to look at" why the fek this takes 5 and a half months is beyond me. Problem is as it is in my neck, I can still walk, our friend had a prolapsed disc in her lower back so mobility was effected hence being seen straight away…. so same problems, different area of the back.

takes the pesh, one our friends had back pain, went to GP sent for MRI same day, next day had an Op for a prolapsed disc… 24 friggin hours from problem to solution, 5 months with no diagnosis for me… nice how the NHS treat people the same

Well eitherway he has been reported to ebay for threatening me and harrasment by calling back 3 times in a row.

no you can get peoples contact details from ebay. I never have a good time to dispatch with work and family comitments hence clearly putting 10 days for dispatch which gives me time. He said it was not on there he finally found it but ranted on that he did not care, I said he brought the item and accepted my T&C's. As for threatening me….. freak

open question that one, depends what you did, I fractured mine in 8 places, 1 plate and 16 pins + a ton of screws.. that was a good 5 months wait… if you posh it you wont heal so be realistic!!

Jamesca – I have had a broken wrist quite a bad one so that was a good year out with only a few rides, then I broke my ribs at cwm carn and now I have some kind of spine damage and have only done 2 rides in 5 months, waiting to get it sorted out, so keeping the interest up I just build them up

Terra – its was nice but the rear shock wa shocking.. spent more time fettling with it than riding it, never felt right and by god was that thing noisy!!!!!!!!!!

track – I dont expect anyone / everyone to like my builds, would be a sad world if everyone did. I didnt like all of them but I did like the demo, furious, 5.5, Lancaster and the Ransom. The ransom and furious were my fav of the sussers for the spec on them

tinsy – mainly S wales, quantocks, cwm carn, medips etc. I have seen the custom brakes for the trek…. just not a fan of shimano brakes, im holding out to see if I have some mono mini pro's to keep the weight down a bit, with the EX1750 wheels it should be pretty light without sacraficing performance. I originally missed a white nomad on ebay by £50 so went for this instead!!

ah the session ended up with 66's but never took another pic. Turst me the ransom was nice as in the flesh….. very reluctant sale with a very happy owner

Tinsy – Yes I am open and will honestly say I have been very lucky with ebay and other forums, and I mean very lucky, things like a thomson post for £8, fox 36's for £130 etc… means I have been able to build some nice bikes for not a great deal of cash… the intense cost me around £1200 I think, not super cheap but a good price for the spec!

Anyhow hopefully the Remedy will be the last to keep once I sort my body out

ahhh the merlin with the DUC was fine, although it was not designed for dual crown… I rode them all, the Lancaster Ti was bloody great and flew round cwm carn (well flew by my standards). The demo 8 was simply great and set up perfectly just too heavy, the furious was a very nice build but at speed those are very unstable, more suited to slow SS stuff (thats not me). Hoping the remedy will be a nice job,

in fairness 900 lumes does cost £150+ from crc or similar, just look at vision 4's. He has seen a market and is making some mark up cash… OH the same as a bike shop. Fair play to him, not many know where to get cheap high lumen lights from

Hopes are great if you can service and maintain them well, Ive had M4's, Mono Mini's Tech's all from different vintages! bloody good brakes, Yes they fek up if you dont clean or maintain them… treat them nice and they are great

well by xray I mean the consultants report from the hospital being sent to my GP, that is a letter stating what they have found as my GP would is obviously not qualified to review an xray. but as I say luckily the report has been faxed and that is what I want my hands on….
