ive done a one to one skills day with Ed at Lee Quarry and cant recommend him enough! (or Lee Quarry as its a great place to practice!)

really brought my riding up another notch… :)

and on a recent trip to Glentress i could really feel the difference in the way i was riding using the skills id learned… i felt so much more relaxed and in control.. even though was riding faster and and taking jumps/drops in my stride rather than having to stop and think about them too much..

by unfit i mean we both did the red route at dalby and where utterly shattered afterwards!!

sounds like innerleithen might be more our style..! and combine that with the red (or possibly black if we are still able to move our legs after the red at Innerleithen) route at glentress

had it done by a physio to treat a shoulder / neck injury on the NHS after being run over last year…

it was fantastic! really helped solve my problem.. and made me feel floaty light afterwards for about an hour!

though it has flared up again after a couple of months, but i have been referred again and am currently awaiting an a appointment to go and see them again..

she did say though that the western and chinese approaches differ..

I soooo thought he was over the bars on that one! well saved!

cant wait to have a play on that jump myself next sunday! possibly with painful consequences!
