Most models of Volvo can have their ‘day running lights’ (thats what the book calls them) turned off by a simple, once only combination of pulling the light stalk whilst turning the ignition to the second position with the light selector set to main beams.
My new car has automatic lights so if they are on then its needed.

    They have a point.

Of course you could probably have checked the servicing instructions for your forks for what was required.

..we are told were produced by the COOLING of the Indian Ocean! I though all the experts have been telling us the sea is warming up?

Although I’m quite skeptical over the hysteria surrounding ‘global warming’ (after all we could just be finally coming out of last ice age, who really knows?) the cooling of the Indian Ocean is actually a by-product of the sea around the Antarctic warming up, melting the snowcap and releasing cooler water into the seas.

One of the women who works for me is into Cosplay and she’s very proud of her photos of herself dressed up in the various outfits she has.

I must say though, she does look quite good in her Selene (from Underworld) outfit.

I reckon RudeFred or whatever his name is should take charge of the country, with CFH as his Chancellor.

Would be far more entertaining than the current farce.

Why did the Tron dude allow his picture to be taken?!

He’s into Cosplay and probably quite chuffed with his outfit.

Was Nulab ever “left wing” as such anyway?

I don’t think they’ve ever sold themselves as right-wing. They definitely consider themselves a socialist party though, which is sort of left wing I suppose.

Of course the question is do women want admittance to working mens clubs for any other reason than just because they are excluded?

Having been in a few I really can’t see the appeal for women.

Is it purely a case of “well the law says I can so there”?

Rebellion is not the basis for a progressive political outlook. Progressive politics is about trying to solve the problem, not complaining that someone else has failed to.

Really? Does that include complaining that previous governments have ‘failed’ or is it only the current government we can’t complain about?

Progressive politics is about trying to bring about real change, not kowtow to ‘the leader’ and the whip.

If you are near to a Decathlon store then have a look in their ski gear section as they do a really good Merino wool base layer[/url] for £24.95.

I was a bit skeptical about the whole Merino wool thing but now have two of these base layers, great bit of kit.

Although its been a while since I shot a grey squirrel I can confirm that they are not resistant to either 5.56mm or .303″.

Well if they gonna wander across a rifle range then thats their look out.

Unless the guy who brought the car is a director of RBS or one of the other banks we taxpayers now have interests in its not really an issue is it?

But even if he is a director of RBS or one of the banks we taxpayers have an interest in its still not really an issue. The government gave them our money far too quickly and with far too few conditions set.

To most people it is a gross misuse of money …

Who the **** cares what ‘most people’ think? Your money is yours to spend as you wish. Of course if you really want to see gross misuse of money look towards the government rather than private individuals. At least individuals are ‘misusing’ their own money rather than ours.

Luckily we don’t live in a communist state where everyone is equal, though some more equal than others, so we as individuals get to choose what we spend our money on and more importantly, how we earn it.

Some people I work with think that spending over £100 on a mountain bike is stupid.

“I noticed that most of the ‘flood sale’ items were older or obscure items”

Its standard practice within many warehouses to consolidate less frequently picked stock and this often done during a stock restructure to make space for new lines with high expected turn-over. As a result the less frequently picked lines are often moved to less desirable locations (for speed of picking from), which generally means very low or very high locations.

I’ve no pictures from at the time, I was rather busy having my cherry taken.

She has recently sought me out on Facebook though and is still looking pretty good. If I were single I’d be interested in a reunion.

Of course keeping the pound artificially strong for the last 11 years hasn’t hurt manufacturing in this country at all, no siree.

So would you say was potential for more unskilled jobs in 1997 than there was in 1979?

Taking one industry as an example, the car industry say, were cars built the same way in both 1979 and 1997?

They look very front heavy to me, could be ‘interesting’ over anything other than fireroads, what with all that weight over the front wheel.
