Took half a day off work today and headed to cannock chase to do the monkey trail on the new bike. First of all it was dead quiet on the trail which was nice. Second the bike rode like a dream and just needs a tune up. Very happy indeed!

The nhs physio i saw told me my job as a plumber, my injury which is a smashed heel and broken talus was not helping. No s h i t!!!
She told me to take up swimming and find a pilates class, gave me some stretching exercises which i already do and packed me off on my merry way.
I just live with it.
In the process of looking for another full suss to try and take the pressure off my back, but i do not want to get rid of my soda.
I might try the private physio route when i can afford it.

We moved into a rented house in sep 2009, the oil tank had 700 litres in it. We put 500 litres in it in jan 2010 and then another 500 litres in march. We only have the heating on 5.30pm – 10pm.
It was £245 for the last 500 litres.
The boiler is about 3 years old.
Apparently heating oil prices drop in summer due to lower demand, i will be filling my tank if this is true so it will last the winter.

I had the same problem a few years ago and it was a fooking nightmare. If she has a tenancy agreement then you will have to serve her the proper notice. If you evict her without serving notice etc, she can do you for unlawful eviction and you will have to pay her housing costs etc.
I would contact your local housing advice centre, they are for landlords as well as tenants, and are very helpful.
We got a ccj against her to try and get the unpaid rent back, after 2 years of trying we gave up, as trying to sell chocolate fire guards would be easier!!
She even set up credit in our names, the sl@g!
I believe in what goes around comes around, so she will get hers eventually!!! 😈

I do call out 1 in 3 weeks and when i am not drinking i feel good, in all aspects of life. I sleep better and i am full of energy and as in the above posts less stressed.
But i always have a drink when i finish call out. Week willed i guess!
Maybe next time i will try and not drink.

My Laptop crashed last night and i had to re-install some drivers this morning for wireless mouse and printers.
Then got a notification of a windows update, is that likely to be the problem?
