It proves that they are still sensitive to certain stereotypes of themselves, not that they don't have a sense of humour.

Drums

I think mine was roughly the same, its a fairly big kit, but I used a drum rack to mount the cymbals on which reduced the footprint a bit.

Rock and run only have XL and XXL at those prices by the look of it.

You could try here: Helly Hansen

They do free delivery to the UK as well, however not the quickest for delivery.

I wonder if the Ramblers have a version?

They like being in the open. Like their relationships perhaps?

The freedom to roam? The right to "ramble" on someone else's land?

I left mine almost three years, though I rode on average a couple of times a week. I serviced them about a year ago and all I did was strip them down, cleaned the internals and replaced the oil. I didn't replace any seals as they were perfectly fine. I noticed instantly when using the forks after the service how much performance was lost. An oil change in the lowers is quite important as the prescribed amount isn't very much.

I'm going to service them again in the next few days.

I've ridden the Thames path at various stages between Putney and Windsor.

There are a couple of places along the path that can end up under water as the tide comes in between Barnes and Kew.

At Weybridge you have to cross the river to keep going along the path. You can either do this by taking the ferry across which is run by the boat shop on the opposite side or by taking the road bridge at Walton and riding along the roads to pick the path up again.

And the other thing is the path swaps back over to the other bank at staines, so you will have to cross the road bridge there.

I would say yes, they have a plastic spacer inside which needs to be removed to extend the travel to 120mm.

Overcrowding (in much of England)
Class division and lack of social mobility
Xenophobia

Add to that a population that would sell their own mothers for a few bob, a nation of complete mercenaries.

Because no matter who you vote for, you always end up with a Tory government

😆

Why do so many Scots leave Scotland?

What do the Scots and piles have in common? easy to come down, hard to go back up. 😉

Born and brought up between shepherds bush and Notting hill. May not sound nasty, but this was the 70's and 80's before it really went downhill and the wealthy moved in.

I did mine earlier this year, a man touching a child in an inappropriate area, so to speak.

We were only in there two days, There was a lot of to'ing and throwing with the legal arguments, one day where a member of the Jury was ill, so we couldn't sit and then the case was dismissed on a technicality.

The thing is the jury felt that the evidence was circumstantial and the dna samples they were using were low copy number dna, which even the expert from the lab the Police use said wasn't enough for prosecution when he took the stand. The man also had severe learning difficulties and the only witness was the child.

It really made me realise how p*ss poor the Police and the CPS were on trying to get a prosecution on this occasion.

Other than that a lot of waiting around in the jury waiting area, got selected for another jury, but didn't get chosen in court, so after they released me from any more jury service and went home.

The lights I fitted were collingwood, but you can also get them from Rexal Senate wholesalers.

The retro fit type leds are rubbish.

If you want leds, get a proper fitting, it will cost you however.

Here's some I fitted earlier, albeit in a retail environment.

Well put them back in.

Then use an allen key to undo the silver bolt which will then press up against the cover and self extract the crank.

Cool:

Ford Anglia estate
Vauxhall victor estate, the 3.3ltr version
Ford Sierra ghia estate(i thought it was cool at the time) was going to buy it off him until some tit in a metro crashed into the front of it writing it off.

And now the uncool:
Triumph herald estate
Vauxhall Viva estate
a couple of Marina's
Vauxhall Cavalier

the downright dangerous:

Montego estate which burst into flames.

The current silly prices make them uneconomic for now

They make cost a reasonable amount to buy, they use a fifth of the power making them cheaper in the long run.

There is currently a shortage of drivers, has anybody tried to squeeze in the 650mA version with screw terminals??

I was thinking the same, So I bought one and then I was going to De-solder the connector. The MINUTE I paid for it and I get an email from the seller saying that the solder connection drivers are due in at the end of next week.

Typical. 🙁

*Update* the seller has agreed for me to swap a connector type for the solder type when they arrive. What a gentleman. 😀

I'm afraid its into the likes of autotrader, there are usually a few around, there are a few dealers that sell vans VAT free as well. Be prepared to look far and wide.

I live around Kingston and found a van to my liking(vauxhall Vivaro) in Brighton 60 miles away.

Sonor

Surbiton/Kingston is outside the LEZ, but it doesn't apply to vans anyway.

£3000 to spend as said before will get you loads of transits to choose from although steer away from royal mail transits, you may have to pay more to get a transporter and vito that hasn't had the sh*t kicked out of it.

For all of these don't expect the mileage to be low and look for private sellers as you won't have to pay VAT. As for vans that have another row of seats factory fitted, some insurance companies may look upon this as an opportunity to fleece you for more money.

squeeky you ned to order these

http://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut781

Choose 3 way narrow for XPG

and

http://www.cutter.com.au/products.php?cat=Cree (plus) XPG

for some reason it won't put the plus sign in the link

choose R4 from the first pull down and cutter-XPGMR11T from the 2nd pull down.

Looking to order these, but slightly confused as to what I'm supposed to be ordering.

The cart shows the narrow optic which is correct, but I seem to have one cree xlamp xpg led at 5.95, the XPGWHT-L1-0000-00G51 R4 Bin and the Cutter-XPGMR11T.

Am I correct in thinking I will get a triple XPG mounted on a board?

I shan't be voting Labour – as you probably already know!

Curious. You expect the other lot to make it any better?

Yes

We're ****!

Well and trully shafted!

About to sink without a trace!

Are we?

Yes

So I believe but I'm not going to argue the point(s) as we are all free to believe different things, if not to say them – but that's for another thread.

'Night (on this thread, at least).

Then you are deluded. It's cut, cut, cut ,cut, cut all the way.

To actually think we are ****, shafted, or sinking without a trace is quite amazing. What a bunch of drama queens.

The South East job is in Cobham, so just inside the M25 on the South West. The offer came in, with a basic of 25k. Plus a better bonus scheme and the opportunities and speed of future promotion have been outlined.

Cobham it is then. Cobham itself is pricey property wise, but it's only 15 minutes from the North downs/Surrey hills.

I will look for a 835 then. Let me guess, they are more expensive.

I don't think they are. This is something that gets my goat, yes energy saving bulbs are more expensive, but here's the rub: they last a hell of a lot longer, start thinking long term and buy quality bulbs.

Since doing this I have notice my eyes getting far more tired towards the end of the evening. It feels like working in 40w dimness.

You've probably got a warm white bulb. It should have 827 written on it or the box it came out of. Standard white is what you're after, they'll have 835 written on them. Daylight fluorescents would be too bright.

Is working with them ruining my eye site permanently or is it just making my eyes tired more quickly.

What you may find is if the general lighting in the room is poor, you're eyes will strain ,made more so if you are looking at a PC monitor…you need a reasonable light to counter balance the monitor.

And incidently compact fluorescents are high frequency which means they don't flicker unlike the old switch-start fluorescents.

The Trailbuilder has informed Hurtwood that the new end section currently under construction may need up to a month to settle before it can be ridden.

So, please: DO NOT RIDE THE NEW SECTION UNTIL IT'S READY!

It's taken a lot of effort, so please don't damage it.

It's the look you get from the "others" in general. I use the trains fairly often and standing on the platform dressed in the garb, with a bike with an odd name with foxshox and rockshox reba's emblazoned on bits of it and of course weird tyre names like Nobby Nic.

I'm thinking of buying a toy ray gun, so the next time someone looks at me as if I've just beamed down from the mothership I can pull it out and say "take me to your leader."

As an electrician, i find it ironic that alot of people want to do my job, yet by far the majority of electricians ive met hate their job.

I enjoy being an electrician, don't do dull domestic stuff however.

Basically, it should be the same as at the funfair: If you can't get down this section without braking like a little girl, you shouldn't attempt the rest.

Anyway, as I said, but will clarify again, it is the fact that the whereabouts of the trail have been published on here rather than the fact that people are going to ride it when they see it. If they didn't know it was there, they wouldn't find it.

So, you don't want novices or less skilled riders riding these particular trails and you don't want videos posted either that may show people where these trails are. You don't own the trails so you can't stop who rides them. As for the videos I agree with you, but you'd have trouble convincing youtube and the like to pull them.

As for not knowing the trail was there…dream on.

I don't like wine bars. They are for retards.

What, in your book, is built properly? Armoured trail centre doublewide singletrack with solid built up berms, even on corners that don't need them? Some people don't want to ride that sh1t and would rather ride looser and more natural trails.

As I said before, but I'll have to clarify it again, until you can get your own piece of land you are going to have to accept that these trails will be found and whether there are videos or not, if you build them looser and more natural, they will get trashed. Accept it.

Can you put a skull and crossbones on the sign as well?
