Not a jot in that London’s Famous London. Then again, the 24k gold pavements are warmer than the grim Northern ones, so that may be a part of the reason it’s not settling.

More to do with the hot air that comes out of the mouths of people who think they are somehow more important than anyone else because they live in London.

It IS only around 9″ generally, but 10x the amount of traffic of anywhere else in’t Uk, and roads designed in the 19th Century, it’s total **** gridlock when only 1 prick crashes his car!

Careful, I don’t think many Northerners know what a car is. 😉 I live at the bottom of a hill and the road is a skating rink. Some idiot in a van has just come belting down the hill, hit the brakes and has had to use the kerb to try and slow himself down. Tit.

Also, the “ten year life span” should have “up to” before it.

Two Badgers in Richmond park on the same night. One ran along side me as I rode along the track and I had to stop for the other as it was on the track. It didn’t seem to notice me at first even though my light was on it, after a few minutes it turned and looked at me and wandered off into the undergrowth.

First time I had seen live badgers.

I would frown intensively if any lighting designers who do work for me suggested fitting halogens on any of my jobs. The alternatives are now here and the only reason Halogens are still being used is due to their cheapness to install.

It sounds like you are mixing up external/internal ignitor fittings/lamps.

Son light fittings can have internal or external ignitors. The fittings should have I for internal or E for external written on them somewhere and the bulbs will have the same. You need an I son lamp for an I fitting and so on.

I think Peter Poddy has the answers.

I only needed one seal which was the inner seal on the base plug at the bottom of the damping leg, that the shaft slides through.

    I got them from Here.

    http://www.voltimum.co.uk/news/8249/s/ESC-welcomes-Part-P-Prosecution.html

I havent heard of anyone doing a job, not informing building control of it, then being prosecuted.

If you are referring to DIY’ers, Probably not. I do find it odd that people will dable with electrics in their home, but anything to do with Gas, they get a professional in. Is electricity less dangerous or something?

Since Part P was introduced, there has been an increase in electrical accidents, so it’s supposed aim has not been met, and has got worse.

I was merely pointing out the legal position. As nick has pointed out, a number of competent persons/pseudo sparks or whatever have been prosecuted. I think Part P is ridiculous and organisations like the NICEIC have impressed upon Government this kind of scheme, which also makes the NICEIC(a registered charity 🙄 ) a lot of money. I would prefer the Australian version of a Government scheme where only fully qualified sparks can do the job.

Where do you get this ‘not covered by insurance’ from?
    Absolute rubbish.
Please post a link to an Insurance Companies schedule that says you need all of your electrical work done by a Part P sparky.
Clue – You wont find one.

The insurance companies don’t need to put that on their schedules because by law you need either a Part P competent person or notify the local authority that certain types of work are being carried out on domestic properties.

You’ll find more and more insurance companies insisting on fixed wiring inspections and the like when it comes to commercial stuff.

Better trained and certified maybe. In my experience most plumbers and electricians are bloody animals who leave a trail of destruction behind.

I think you need to included those “competent persons” that the domestic installer schemes are spewing out as well.

Also shouldnt the 2012 be down graded to basicly a school sports day to save us the taxpayer some cash.

As long as you tell all the other countries to bring a tea spoon, we will supply the eggs. And then get yourself into a classroom and LEARN TO SPELL.

I obvioulsy aren’t old enough at 24 I find listening Mark and Lard about as funny as eating chease and biscuits, but find Moyles quite funny!

Another thing to add the the list of “the younger generation don’t have”, and that’s a sense of humour.

He’s clearly a talentless ****, but if he gets paid that much to be a talentless ****, I salute him. This country is going to sink under the number of overpaid talentless ****’s we have accumulated.

I've got a 16" breath frame in blue, I'm 5'6". I haven't really noticed the long top tube when riding even though it's an inch and a half longer than my other hardtail. Currently got a 90mm stem and 120mm forks on it.

I've commented to them about lack of info, but they always answered my email queries quickly. Great frame.

Yeah, but I held onto my trump card:

    what, some silly wooden boat?

The guns in Belfasts two forward turrets are trained and elevated onto a target some 12.5 miles (20 kilometers) away in north-west London – the London Gateway Motorway Services Area on the M1.

I'm sure the Bristolians are green with envy that they don't have a ship in a bottle instead.

We also have the real thing:

I think people should be proud to have a city like London in their country, but you don't have to bow down and worship it(no matter what Fred says 😉 )and you don't have to live there.

More of an F1 watcher. It's good this year because you've actually had a number of Drivers who can actually win it, compared to earlier this decade when Schumacher and ferrari dominated which was incredibly dull.

I too like Red bulls no:2 driver, I would like him to win it to stick it in the face of the pro vettel red bull team, 😛 but that would mean Red bull would actually win something. 😐

The world rally championship is like that at the moment with Loeb and few manufacturers making up the ranks…I don't know if it's the same in moto gp, but the only name I hear is Rossi.

They've were withdrawn from service in 2006. The camera op used to sit in the nose completely separate from the pilots cockpit. Once inside, they would literally clip the nose of the aircraft back on.

They're PR (Photo Reconnoissance) planes and are always silver.

No, they were using a very light green paint scheme until retirement. EDIT: As seen in the photo above!
