Could they have picked a better day ? Hardly responsible access . No wonder rhe english are banned from riding half their country side with acts like that.

Only way to ride the ben considerately is to be descending at first light

Sudafed are excellent at taking all the inflammation down but i have to say the docs are the only ones with the real help.
I get Telfast from my doctor (after a good few visits), and i swear by it! I’m not one for going to the docs but if you keep going back and asking for it they will presumably give in at some point!
    Good-luck!

I would like to say British!
But, my mum and dad are from England, the surname is from ireland and some of the odd genetics (i.e. coeliacs disease) i believe is from the netherlands (where i get the blondie looks from !)and the coeliacs disease of course!

    Hi ya Clover!
Doubt if i’ll do any outings on sun as out tomorrow to hayfield – not sure if i’m gonna be fit enough to keep up!

If i do though will just be the usual jaunt to clifton then along the canal to ringley. Must admit i doubt i’ll go out then, what with house/pets to sort out.

would love to meet another time if not this sun though???!

    Know your subject!

Things can be exceptionally worth while sometimes, but you need to know how much things are normally.Sometimes they just charge the same as ‘normal’ shops. Take a calculator. If you’re not careful you can get a bit carried away!

If you can store things ok in bulk it’s fab, but a lot of people just don’t have the space at home.

i love the place, especially when you get the money off coupons through the door 😀

    Hi CG,
I was diagnosed with coeliacs disease when i was 11, so about 26 years ago. I found using g-free flour with a bread maker (obtain a cheapy one, they work just fine)a brilliant way to get lovely bread. i make it the way i like it and it is a much cheaper alternative to GF bread from the supermarket!

Where do you live? I am a member of the coeliac society and get regular mail thro the door – would happily send it on to you!

The diet is easy and well worth it – things can be as hard or easy as you want it.

Try google’ing GF ale/beers – you can but on-line for a cheap ‘bulk buy’.

p.s. Chinese food? …Tamari soy sauce is naturally GF and chinese cooking is easy once you get going 🙂

i’m so jealous you all have dogs….. want one!

Passports are very easy to get now, they have relaxed the ‘rules’ immensley. A bit of a worry from a vet nurse point of view. please just make sure you take your vets ‘advice’ about what the Gold standard is, rather than the legal requirements. May cost a tad more (i.e. flea treatment type) but could potentially stop harmful tick-bourne diseases from coming over.

There’s some Avon product – ‘Skin So Soft’ i believe – the forces use. It’s reputed to be the best deterrent you can get. Job done.

Oh yes! Yes it is!! It’s Skin so soft, soft and fresh, replenishing dry oil body spray. Works an absolute treat and i always take when going west coast Scotland’ing HUGE midges up there! 😮
Just be VERY careful around the eyes – can ‘sting’ a tad!
