Hi …At the moment I’m riding an On One freeranger in Medium 90mm stem 170mm cranks  it feels good except for a lot of toe overlap and I’d like to be slightly higher at the front …The 54cm Tripster does pretty much match the medium freeranger and that’s the way I’m leaning at the moment, What I do gain in the 56cm Tripster is more front centre mm’s 32mm over the on one and 14mm over the 54 Tripster …I’ve pretty much decided to go with the 54cm it gives me 18mm more front centre and 7mm more head tube ..the reach is only 10mm more (18mm on the 56) ….sadly can’t through a leg over one as my LBS has to order in …

    Thanks to all who replied

Hi …Locally at the moment getting a GPs appointment is still hard , and given the fact work is busy at the moment, sounds like naively I thought by doing an at home test would take some of the unnecessary workload of the NHS …I’ve no known problems just fancied knowing what my Cholesterol Testosterone etc levels are like given I’m mid 50s now .

    Thanks for your input guys

I’ll gladly take any advice given on how to humanely try to resolve a long on going problem

Just to try and put Some minds at rest
I’ve invested a lot into the baiting and relocating method
Months of trial and error and many traps have been purchased but with little result

Sorry this is a bit of a hijack
Im looking for some 700c tyres to fit on my gravel bike to used many on the road maybe to odd canal towpath
The wheels are 30mm internal width
The frame (on one space chicken) accepts up to 40mm according to them
Ive been looking at Panaracer gravel king sk in 38mm would this be a good choice

    Thanks

Mrhoppy …Many thanks I’ve tried your suggestion and it works much better 👍

Seems I’m not alone in my frustrations with komoot…I think after the subscription comes to an end I’ll go back to RWGPS , for me plotting road bike routes seems much easier with RWGPS

    Guys as always thanks

My mates Sisters boyfriend had a boil in an awkward place
He persuaded her to take a look
He lay on the bed legs behind his ears
she leaned in to inspect , of course he decided to do the obvious
Let’s just say she needed a wash afterwards and such was the force of his effort
The adjacent bedroom wall needed a scrub and a new lick of paint

And NO they are not still together

Sorry yes , I mean good secondhand ones
Not looking to pay more than about £750ish

I made a quick search and there’s places offering models a few years old refurbished and 12 months warranty within my budget
But I’m just interested to here if anybody can recommend anywhere

    Thanks

He doesn’t mind if I pay Paypal gift or I cover the fees
It’s just me wondering what benefits paying the fees gives me ?
If he posts it and it gets lost then the postal insurance should cover a claim ?
Or is it a question of if he doesn’t post it , then I can claim if Paypal ?

In your opinion which flavour of spacing would work best with my desired combination
    Santa Cruz tallboy 3
    CK non boost hub
I’m sorted on the front because I’m getting a frame only tallboy and already have non boost pikes

LBS reckon it can’t be done with CK
