Virgin here, mines currently around 50-60 meg and very reliable, have ps3’s xbox’s, laptops, phones, ipod touches all running and it is faultless. Have the phone and full tv package with tivo up and downstairs. Th on demand tv is first class, head and shoulders above Sky, and having proper utube on the telly is great fun…. 😳

Going well here as well now I have got the mrs buying the right stuff. cottag(ing) pie last night with a butter bean, cauli, carrot, broccoli, chick pea and parsnip mash on top was superior to any cottage pie I have ever had. It did cause a triple flusher this morning though! 3 weeks in and 12lb off. I have a brewery trip tomorrow night just a couple of hundred yards from idave palace…. and wendyball saturday 😯 cheat maybe on the cards…

i dreamt of beans last night and chick peas.

porridge is great for slow release, longer rides, but for our 15 mile Thursday fukabout, you just need to MTFU.

8 days in here and 7lbs lighter. I did seem to be lacking leg strength with successive day rides, but had also done a bit more commuting. saturday was beer day, had a piece of flapjack, milk in me tea and chips with a big rump steak and a fair bit of London Pride. I think I had 2 mid ride pints of IPA on Thursday as well.

getting occasional cravings for something sweet in the evening but other than that (and needing more toilet roll) everything seems to be going well. some more recipe ideas would be good as well……seeing as I’m on the PAYG EXEC version….

Traded my mondeo for an S-Max last year, much more room internally, better for lobbing all the camping and biking gear in for our trips with two boys. Tyres were noticeably more expensive and you will need breakdown cover etc, no spare tyre room. back seats fold flat in the SMax so you end up with a level bed, infact you can put a double air bed on it perfectly….
Performance wise when its fully loaded up with camping gear a roof box and 4 bikes on the back, it still does 45mpg on the motorway and can still clog it if necessary. It will never be an agile beast though.

You have it easy, remember rim brakes…. 😯

DRILLER KILLER.

I had to do the cleat bolts on my left boot pre christmas, right one was fine, cleats changed, left wouldnt budge. Rode around for a month or so with a slack left and a tight right….got the drill out in the end. Quite satisfying for some reason.

Probably, I’ve died 8 times with coil Lyriks on my BFe. 😯

there wasnt a pump in my 55RC3 Evos either, bought from the distributor and all boxed up proper. I already have half a dozen rockshox/Bonty fox pumps so no real issue
