8 days in here and 7lbs lighter. I did seem to be lacking leg strength with successive day rides, but had also done a bit more commuting. saturday was beer day, had a piece of flapjack, milk in me tea and chips with a big rump steak and a fair bit of London Pride. I think I had 2 mid ride pints of IPA on Thursday as well.
getting occasional cravings for something sweet in the evening but other than that (and needing more toilet roll) everything seems to be going well. some more recipe ideas would be good as well……seeing as I’m on the PAYG EXEC version….
