    Both of mine do Karate, every Monday, they are 8 and 11 and really enjoy it-cross training with BMX and MTB thrown in, oh an football and rugby.

    I got one of those Kodak HD camcorders,£97 about the size of an iphone, 2 AA batteries and takes upoto a 16gig card, easy to use, stunning HD picture quality on my big telly, HD/AV leads.     In France, people officially stop work completely for 2 hours at lunchtime. They leave their workplace, it shuts, they drink wine in bars until 2.30pm, return to work, open up, then tidy up before hometime. Fact.

    when I ride in, I'm hungry all day. I find a mahoosive bowl of porridge helps considerably. try thos Symington Mug Shots, thai noodle style or cheesy nad noodles …just add hot water.

    I have one library on my PC, ALL cds OR SITE DOWNLOADS GO THERE AUTOMATICALLY. When I log on and plug in the ipod, it syncs with my stuff. I add new stuff from the main library as and when. When Deb logs on, she syncs with her stuff. If she wants some new stuff, CD's auto add to the main library, amazon downloads go to the main library etc then add them as necessary. saves fun seeing as mine is 80 gig and hers is a little blue 8 gig thing……

    the new BT one I put in 2 weeks ago is pretty good, seems to have a huge range on it. In fact, the hub internet phone with it works as far away as the local pub beer garden…..

    A lucky escape-glad you are up and about.

    I came down on the stump some years back (fnaar)….the end of my GT and a long painful walk back to Milford and trip upto A/E.

    As is the usual way, the lads carried on riding and left me….Thursdays never change.
