I have em,team uturn dual airs, ran them a bit saggy to start with but spent quite a while setting them up properly last week and very nice they are. dropped the neg chamber a tad and the small bump consistency is excellent.

Its also worth checking backup wise what your ISP provides. BT offer a digital vault thing, useful for storage, back up etc, and can be accessed from anywhere. Ditto the Del, I need two for Xmas cos I know they can't share anything!!!!

I reckon Holyfield outscored him, poor decision I reckon. Haye is a beefed up cruiserweight, he may get lucky and he certainly has a big chin target to aim at…..but the russian has never been put down IIRC.
I've booked it, should be a spectacle if nothing else….shame butterbean aint on the undercard….

I had 3 in my right shoulder/socket over 9 months….first two were not that effective so with the third and final

they had to get the 'quite thick needle' into the ball joint socket. This was done by pushing the needle in and then lifting my arm slowly to let the needle past bone/cartlidge etc….i felt the needle scrape on my arm bone…. I din't faint, but was quite sick as he pulled the needle out….luckily into a sink.

Ive since been told cortisone is a bad thing……

dont put it down the drain, it pollutes. best way is soak it onto a rag, add petrol and burn it, much safer and cleaner.

I started using them last year after 15years of std SPD's, the new Goretex MT90 boots were not as stiff as previous disco slipper shoes etc. plus, i can go to the pub on me bike no problem with normal trainers on.

Previously when i wore trainers on my XTR SPDS, I got accused of nicking the bike by some McCarthy crew….
