Some beans are serpantly better than others, cannelini and butter ones I like, chickpeas OK. You can mash butterbeans up so its kinda like mashed potato. I had a can or two of bear at the weekend (away camping) and fair few diet breaking meals but eff it, it was a weekend away I'd been looking forward to it. Eat lots of flapjack and had some energy stuff in my water whilst riding.

hhmmm, let me think. a can or two of beer, would that be about 12 Tanglefoots and a 70 shilling, maybe a Speckled Hen or two as well?

    6 0r 7 cheeseburgers…cant remember seeing them on the plan…

Lots of flapjack-as in 2 family size trays?

    5 packs of Pitta bread….

a jacket spud after 30 oz of rump and sirloin…

Fried bread and fried black pudding for breakfast-never, not me guv…

I think you were slow cos you were full…. 😆

Corleys didn't bat an eyelid eyelid an when I rang them!

if you have a video phone, you have enough cash to purchase a subidised rear end!

I bought my Remedy specifically based on Treks customer service and my LBS service. I know if I have any issues, they will be resolved. If you get offered a new rear end at a subsidised price, then I guess it will be covered for ever to you as the original owner….

When you buy a second hand bike/frame etc, you always factor in regardless of the condition age, the fact that you don't really know the bikes history and that it could be a dud for whatever reason, that's why even '2 rides old' second hand bikes have a price well below the RRP. YOU KNOW THE FACTS AND TAKE THE CHOICE.

I presume by now you have been into said LBS?

when we all go away-2-3 times a year, my LBS Swinnertons in Stoke box up a load of spares, chains, tyres, tubes, cassettes, f+r derailleurs, pads, brakes, shifters etc loads of jackets 'gloves etc-usually to the tune of about a grand…. 😯 all priced up to sell, I return what doesnt get used or purchased. easy.
