Had mine a week now, last night s ride, forks feel great, its reassuringly good in lots of ways. its long, slack, climbs really well and feels like more than 120mm of travel out back. Treated it to some new Saint pedals as well.

The bars are so wide I might also put a bottle holder on them..

Mines nearly built up, i changed my mind on forks after they were ordered and fitted …and I  have gone for 2.8s front/rear. Cant wait

I sold my full dura ace Emonda SLR to go back to a Propel, couldnt get one in time, theyd all gone, so short term am on a TCR which is pretty nice ….. but cant wait to get a 2017 Propel, was just perfect!

My springer has a strava account now as I got a gps unit for his collar. Its ace…but Im forever trying to improve his KOMS.

I went from a carbon Defy to an advance Propel and it rides great, have done sportives upto 130 odd miles and its more than comfortable enough. However, its for sale as the new ones are just arriving 8)

2 degrees for my commute on the roadbike at 7 this morning. 3/4 Madison Roams and a new Castelli Gabba top, perfect, if a bit pricey for commuting!

The Madison stuff is great, well thought out and very durable, just ordered a pair of the 3/4 Roams for Winter commutes and the like.

Theres a good mtb ride every Tuesday from the velo shop 6 pm prompt, usually covers around 30-40km and takes in a good mix of stuff. THey also do sat and sun road rides from the shop at 9am varying intensity to suit all. https://www.facebook.com/groups/578165108931289/?fref=ts. Chase is also on your doorstep as mentioned, Hanchurch for local woods, and Peak district an hour away. Stone itself prolific restaurants, plenty of pubs, live bands etc, there’s lots worse places!

last weekend… we stayed at the station, great site, good people in the pub, ace food.

I’m not actually sure how drunk ‘to drunk’ is…. I suppose the fact I cant remember riding any of the 12 miles home is probably one to many.. 😳
