I want a first shooter for the Wii, the lads have Black ops on the PS3 upstairs and the Wii is in the ‘family room’ as its supposed to be something we all play on socially. Seems sort of ironic that a ‘social’ game involves killing every f’kr!
picked mine up today, printed the bleed stuff off the SRAM site, but want it to fit both my bikes so am gonna have to play with the hose length a little I guess…
We stayed at Hawkshead YHA at Christmas, twelve of us, superb riding, have some good GPS routs courtesy of SFB and the bogtrotters, good pubs and food, highly recommended!
exactly what Jamie said, Black box Team revs went back twice and got sold off one bike, the race ones got replaced three times and replaced em with Sektors last month
everywhere so soft though matey, scruff went so deep he ripped his rear mech off…. being a good mate, I donated my bike for him to continue and I took the slow walk back….after we swapped boots
Yes, I was a little surprised at the lack of toy throwing tantrums bearing in mind the miles covered…though the mellowing effect of hip flasks and beer may have contributed….
my 150mm Sektors are usually at 140mm, TBH, I cant remember the last time I changed the travel. I tried them a bit shorter and in singletrack, steering was fine and dandy!
We’ve just had 3 days based in Hawkshead, loads of snowy riding, a few spills etc, but great fun! Left Hawkshead last night around 4 ish, back in Staffordshire in just over 2 hours, roads were fine.
So, another thought…. in the big world of ‘follow my leader” and the various niche’s around, have Trek developed a long travel hardtail-or do they have one currently in the stable? I can’t think of one…
took me 90 mins to do my 10 mile commute off road, was ace! props from the boss when I got here too and nearly everyone else has failed. Hardtail and 2.35 XR4’s…the way to go!
