Seen it a few times, great photo, new one today though wasp and honey bee battling it out on my ivy first , then tumbling to the deck where they spun around for a good few minutes going hammer and tong, the wasp was getting the better by now , sadly I was going to be late back to work so looking forward to going home in half an hour to see whose left on the floor, part of me wanted to break it up , but nature and all that!!

You might save the equivalent to half a pint if you keep looking, Q park is a typical price for a city center( all too dear in my opinion) and on the cost of the stay over,is it worth worrying!!

Exact position a month back , enquired about Ribble Grand Fondo on here, son was adamant he wanted new from Decathlon, literally stood at checkout , I said give us half an hour to go and meet someone off the forum and have a look at a full carbon bike, no I want this, please, ok then , saw the bike it was mint and he wanted it straight away and under £400.Happy days, so i would say hold out for a quality second hand one, good luck.

How things change 30 yrs ago when i first started night shift in a shipyard ,it turned out Thurs night was “can night” for a few of the established tradesmen, some polishing off 8 cans while carrying out a bit of work, they would then go to the local pub at 7.30am with their cash wages they`d just collected, where they would serve you beer as long as you bought a bacon butty!!One highlight was one lad waking up in his sleeping den at 10.30am and having to stay hidden before walking out at lunchtime with the day shift!!Happy days!!

Sadly we all know a “taker”, out once in company, I ordered a steak his Mrs was heard to say “he`s getting steak make sure you do” plus his extra double malts in between normal rounds that apparently he likes to do, face was a picture when everyone started putting in their own corners worth, think they just had enough coin to cover their greed and had to go home :-)
You can do me once , maybe twice but never ever again, always cover what we have had plus a tip judged on the service provided.

Cousins husband has riden MTB 2-3 times a week for years, rides hard , stuck a set of slicks on his MTB and smashed a 6hr 51 min Fred Whitton, most roadies who are out 3 times a week probably couldn`t get near that time.Just depends who rides hardest when they are out.

Mate did the same for his 50th year!!
13 weeks training, think 3 nights a week and a 5.30 am every Friday morning, no beer ,lost weight and cut right in ,felt fantastic, fight night came along , first time seen his opponent , “gosh he looks young and athletic”, 30 seconds later all over he had been floored in under 20 seconds!!Mrs and his supporters managed a mouth full of beer each!!
Been to a few fairly brutal ones local rugby clubs v local rugby club , think someone will get hurt big time one day all though really hope not and it will end up getting banned, an individual has no idea of underlying problems before going into the ring.

Wish i`d looked at a 2003 Trek Liquid I bought off Ebay in 2005, Paid what was a fair price , looked spot on on the pics as it came out of the shop, bike arrived stripped of all quality components , wheels forks and fitted out with crap, seller went underground addresses did not tally up and paypal gave me about 150 quid which was peanuts!!

I`d say pretty quick if Chris Froome was willing to take a 20 second penalty for taking one off Porte with only 5 km to go on a stage in the 2013 TDF , he obviously thought it would save him more than 20 seconds by smashing one!

What about the guy who stuck £xx at 10 : 1 or whatever on a 147 , bet he is pretty cheesed off!!! Some people cover this in most tournaments as some cover the 9 darter in a tournament.

Great for calorie counting , downloaded it on 3rd Jan after weight “drifted” a bit to 14st 11 gave myself 18 months to achieve anything under 13st for my 50th in mid 2017, so far lost 10lb without any exercise. Once you know the calories of certain treats they are gone with the “christ that wasn`t worth 400 calories( flapjack)” stopped my grazing which was my downfall, my target is 2040 a day and very rarely top it, we had a 5 day “separation while away with mates snowboarding” but we are fine again now.
