As Bob says phone number brings up 34 bikes on Google search and all those 9 Gumtree bikes are on Ebay!! Weird if they are stolen as all seem really dated?

I cannot apologise enough for the problems you have experienced with this order. Unfortunately we had an unprecedented amount of orders for these items in the sale that our suppliers cannot fulfil and our systems failed to prevent people from ordering when we became out of stock. The fault does lie with us on this, and I can appreciate how disappointing it has been for these orders to have been cancelled.

I do hope that you will shop with us again in future once we have built back up the trust of our customers.

Just got the email of doom , all three items out of stock , they can shove the £10 voucher up their rear passage and I will never spend £1 of my hard earned money with them ever again when there is so much competition. I also award 0/10 what a shoddy company !!

Just had the same email at lunch, it matches an order from July 25th 2016 for an Avid Juicy 2007 brake set that CRC only had one of in stock and were literally giving away, they must have found another and think I will need them again some time soon.

No news since confirmation email, hope all my friends that I waited a day and then gave the heads up didn`t order too much :oops: from reading the above posts they may as well have stuck some bikes in the £5 sale to make it look even tastier!!

Didn’t appreciate that 40degree won’t kill bacteria so I will bare that in mind, a bit smelly is fine but not stinking like I do as for trimming that’s really going to be a last option!!

I think I need to explain that the above timescales were actual ownership not since last wash :-), so it’s not stale old kit ,all kit is removed as I walk through the door straight into washer with a persil sachet at 40 degrees!! I wear a merino baselayer two and three days on the bang snowboarding and never once has the lads or mrs moaned!!

Epicyclo, perfect the frame is wrecked try what you can , Ive fixed all sorts that people think is shot, might not look perfect but works fine, as for Wiggles what is wrong for someone offering a lifetime guarantee on their frame and not honouring it on a second owner? They are blatently saying our frames last a lifetime , surely this is regardless of how many owners!!Ive bought four Treks brand new , and they`ve been fine but kept any receipts to pass on.
