70’s build but probably needs tidying up of previous owners “updates and extensions”, spurs on spurs. willing to do channeling and mounting of sockets myself.
Selling a house now needs a warranty or some form of paperwork with every job
    Based in Wrexham area

When i say 70’s extended at that time, original stone cottage hidden apart from thickness of walls in certain parts of the house

Just had aquick run through of possible sockets requird, staggeringly 40+ for future proofing

Both bikes hardtail, Ragley blue pig and Genesis Fortitude. Will be used mainl on Fortitude.
to give you an idea is everything you wiuld take on a walk but on the bike. I find using a rucksack when loaded for the day restricting, and its nice to get the breeze when ckimbing!

Apart from the possible attacks, allowing the dogs to run amock across the road is against the law. Leading to an accident then surely the farmer would be liable.

The actual shaft has on one side a plain vertical key way, whilst the other side has two semi circular pockets for a woodruff key.

tSorry headset for spel, big fingers small keyboard
The bridleway from Gronfoel, Cilcain to Moel Arthur in good condition, dont know if thats the one you mentioned thats skirts aplantation
The bridleway that runs along the Ruthin side of the range is the one in bad condition
The ankle snap area is grid ref 127685 on map 265

Due to the condition decided not to follow the bridleway down from the far end of Clauddiu, but take footpath, lane back towards Arthur, skirting the base of Clauddiau. Dont borher at moment, cattle being fed on actual path so badky cut up, ankle snapping hollows and at the far end access issues ariund properties and lots of lifting over styles befire gaining road
    A fun day

As I said at national level,6r4 very impressive and brings it all back
But no match for modern fare, just look at the results

Even National championship top runners pull out out of corners way quicker than i remember the Group B cars
presume the plc driven/ sensored transmission is making a difference as well

Agree totally with dazh, feel your self becoming more confrontational with senior managers, over their decisions/ instructions, once that mortgage weight is lifted

In a strange way you do lose direction, paid ours off early.

    No more debt as yet

So what is the current spec of the top cars 2 ltr turbo, 1.6 turbo or what else.
Not got the Bt sport option but not enough info on car spec these days, actual horse power cant be trusted because these cars are way quicker than the old Group B, compression must be massive with the glowing tail pipes

Generally nights mean, in my case, your over half through the working week. Prefer nights at this time of year so you dont see people out on their bikes etc when your on your way into work in the summer
and you can just get on with your job without interferance and meetings, funny how you make more on nights and weekends

Fair variation in orice, top Ecofan comes in £120ish, with few unbranded but obviously cpies for £50ish, Ecofan comes with two year warranty

Few varitions there and a bit of lateral thinking,

Crankboy must be a sturdy structure to support all that weight on the roof

As stated above , our house 79/80 build class one flue with open fire with clay liners, when we tried installing the stainless steel, cant remember if 5 or 6″,liner it caught on the cement joints as we were pulling it through, had to break into chimney from outside to knock out restriction as it is we are detached, would be areal mess if semi with flue on the partition wall
As i said need to use people who know what they’re doing

    smartay

Depends if your staying put, HETAS certificate required and must comply with building regs which may flag up if selling in the future.

Breaking into chimney breast to make connections, be ready for a lot of mess 😀

Not sure where your based but in the NE wales area there was a guy going round purporting to be a registered installer which we nearly used, “No need for a liner”, when we spoke to our stove supplier he got straight onto trading standards!

With looking around the web it seems that you have to re-register with a Yahoo email address, which I don’t really want to do.
The sad part of it is that I have pics already stored on their site.

So if everyone has now abandoned Flickr who are you suing to host/ post photos onto the web sites such as STW

but dont have yahoo email either BT or google, ok I’m a bit thick, just invent one?

On a more serious note, we had a springer dog who lived to 16, he was a real live wire, but we used a book by “Joe Irving” called “Training spaniels” the techniques used in the book worked for us.
The hunting sense depends on the strain working or show but ours was definitely working stock who loved the undergrowth and its inhabitants so easily distracted on rides
    Worked to the whistle though

glad to see people have a view on this

I just find it incredible that their core manifesto promise was completely abandoned, and its when it is brought up its “like its all in the past, move on”
the thing is my eldest “child” who is in her third year on university is now saddled with a debt for most of her working life, and more embarrassingly I voted for them on this pledge.
Thank god her debt will be less than English students
Poor old Gordon B, who advised him with ” I agree with Nick” on those debates. Mr Brown is a bear of aman and should have used this during his campaign
I believe that in the discussions after the election the Tories offered Mr Clegg deputies job whilst Labour offered nothing, no wonder they joined the tories
So back to a two party system, or three here in Wales

So what are the odds on a Sir Nick after the election then
