Bodge time. Gaffa tape some loft insulation to the front. Won’t look pretty but will get the oven up to temperature and stop people burning themselves. Might need some card / ply on the outside to prevent people scratching themselves on the glass wool.
At worst you could probably nick some insulation from the loft for one night and you have gaffa of course don’t you. Otherwise B&Q will be open for a bit yet.

get a bb spacer. your not going to notice 2.5 or 1 mm.

You could off center your cleats if using spds by 2.5mm to help too.

try deflating a little and pulling/pushing the tyre away from where its not seating properly. or supper inflate and wait for the big Pop/bang!

It does not seem to be so, the PayPal address and return postage address seem to be genuine. I don’t think this person would do that. Besides, it was an original box albeit without a manual or receipt.

Another interesting detail is that the forks was never marked as sold on Pinkbike.

i would also remove the brakes so you can run both on the inside of the fork and seat stay. this will stop the brake cable fouling on a branch and doing some crazy damage.

have you tried loosening the stem bolts, tightening the top cap. then retightening the stem to make sure it is fully tight?

has the steerer loosened from the suspension crown?

fork bushing?
