I was burning the candle at both ends while on my working visa in australia. I worked the day and partying through the night. I did 2 litres of the stuff in a morning, my stomach turned inside out and man it was awful! i spent the rest of the day cleaning the bilges in a 100m super yacht oh the shame. so glad the skipper and owners weren’t around. Then the next 3 days were awful i had shakes and the worst smelling farts in the world. not good when you share a dorm with 3 other people!

The headset I have got is still silky smooth after a few years riding. Only re-gressed the bearing once when i had the fork out.

I got my MacBook Pro at lower that RRP with a bigger HDD. it was on offer at currys/PC world. It was still nearly a grand! for a computer!!!! It was a bit of a whim as i only went in to get a lead but after the xmas in the states and all my friends and families got new apple products after getting a new job overseas and getting a weeks pay upfront, I just thought i deserved one.

I can now sit in costa, starbucks and look like I’m a write/journalist.

Its a great piece of kit I would never go back to a plastic PC laptop. I travel a lot and its so robust. Plus the light up keyboard is fantastic.

Just make sure all your programs you use for work are available on the mac. Ive not had one problem with mine. Its still only 6 months old

I had a RaceFace Evolve crank with Xtype BB. it was 18 months before i noticed the wear in the bearings.

I replaced it with a hope BB as i already had the headset, and finishing kit and it was Red. Ive taken the hope cups out once when i replaced the frame a year after and they still looked brand new, Still using it. haven’t used the bike for a while after travelling and having a job overseas. but i know when i get back to ride it it will be silky smooth.
