We started sitting the slimtubling at the table with us at roughly that age and feeding her what we were eating, fantastic improvement in eating habits. She felt all grown up and wolfed down all sorts of meals that previously were ignored.
What you describe as her daily intake seems ample TBH, as mentioned above, some days they just don’t seem to want to eat, don’t fret unless you can play a tune on her ribs!

much like simon ralli i recently went back to education after a 20 year hiatus, i work 3 days a week in my local which i love doing, this pays for the groceries and a mahoosive student loan (interest free) is helping towards mortgage payments. I will be done in october and it has flown past. 4 years retraining sounds like a lot but if you can afford to do it i wholeheatredly recommend it. you only get on crack at things, lifes not a rehearsal etc…..

Santa barbara is costly but a welcome haven from LA, nice micro brewery, several bike shops, when i was there 11 years ago you could hire Jamis full sussers,cruisers and hartails. great mexican place on state st called chilango’s, big flash mall for cheap gear, lovley clean town with a great beach and, as its a uni town ,laden with eye candy whatefer your preference.
been twice now and loved it both times.
