My dad lives in lanzarote. I’m sure postage from Tenerife to lanza wouldn’t be to much for a frame. Get him to bing it back with him in the spring. That’s a real quandary now.

I did a route a few weeks ago on gravel bike. From Holmfirth I rode to brig house then got on the canal towards hebden bridge, todmorden upto littleborough and in towards Manchester on the Rochdale canal. I then jumped off and went into the Ethiad campus area and jumped onto the Ashton canal network upto uppermill/Diggle then rode back over to Holmfirth. 80 miles all in. A great ride at about 6 hours.
Only around 11 miles on the road.

I’ve got one. I started using it with my son at four. They are a really good piece of kit. He’s 7 now and still requires some help around the Holmfirth hills

Pilates Pilates Pilates. It’s what I do twice a week. Reformer class and Pilates circuit. You’ll then realise if your core is good or not. It’s not a quick fix though. Takes practice

I have ridden one, round my local streets . It came to me after the single track guys had it on demo. Unfortunately for me, it was knackered. The pinion gear box would not change any gears. So it went back to Steve Olsen, I was really thinking it was the way to go in the Yorkshire grit

    Shame

Anyone used the sdg slater junior upgrade kit ? The bars on my sons frog 55 are to narrow. And pedals are poor.

Whilst we’re on it. Anyone used the Axs on a gravel bike .?

Looking into force levers with eagle mech and cassette. I’ve been told they work together

I had gx mech. It was woeful. Went to xo1 and it’s been good so far. The gx shifter works well if not a bit. Lucky compared to xo1 shifter on my other bike

I applied few months ago. I have a pocket watch that belonged to My great uncle, Harold ‘the prince of centres’ Wagstaff, played for England and Huddersfield rugby in early 1900s. The watch does not run anymore
Ironically I look a spitting image of him. How genes are passed on

So fingers crossed they take it on.

Wise it would have been a nonstarter.

@h4muf. Yep carmen upto Tias. Our place is near the rancho Texas spot, so easy to get to the trails. I’ll look into it for our next trip over in 2020, Bloody hot yesterday I bet. 40 miles is impressive.

There looks some decent stuff up towards Arrieta and also the volcanic areas around El Golfo
