Too small IMO, my brother had a medium Heckler and it was very short. ETT is only 575mm. I am 5’11” and would get a large (19″) if I were to get one.

Apparently I should be a size up on my winter road bike (Giant Defy) but I ride a small as it’s comfier for me. Whereas on my Focus Cayo I am bang on with the size off their size chart. You will find most professional body builders don’t eat any protein at all. They usually only drink horse or human urine, and eat bread.

Well it depends Lee, if you are interested in building strength then horse urine is probably a better bet, but for size nothing beats human urine due to its abundance of branch chain amino acids.
