Just posted on your other thread…. 2006 spesh only did the s-works carbon frame which took a specialized mindset (mtb) headset. Its like a cartridge bearing with an integrated cup. Just google it. Do you have any of the existing headset as I have the bearings with cups in my garage from this frame-set which you can have. (BTW if your frame is the carbon pro or s-works from 2007 this’ll be the same headset too). Let me know if you need any further help. Heres a new one –> http://www.edinburghbicycle.com/products/specialized-mindset

Most of my miles are in traffic and its the dsg, the few moments the road clears doesnt help either because its then ‘foot down’ :-) Love it to bits though. Hopefully the GTD will mean a more sensible me (yeah right ha)!!

Ordered a GTD today! 19″ wheels, Carbon Grey, Leather, Nav Pro, Soundpack. Cant wait til July!! Difficult to choose between the GTI or GTD but currently driving a GTI 35 and the fuel bills made the choice.

Your forks will fit with a bit of a combo! My L Flux 09 is 134mm, Thomson is 40.5mm, Crank Bros Cobalt headset (cheap at CRC now) 21mm.

Turner Flux, the manufacturer said a 180 was ok (I’ve saved the email just incase there was any warranty concern in the future).

One of my freehubs never clicks back in with the ‘snap’ noise. And I can pull the freehub off with ease by hand. Does this mean my seal is worn?

If its salary sacrifice the level of the benefit in kind (your tax) will be decided on if your employer ‘agreed’ the scheme before the 27th July 2011. New VAT rules come into force on the 1st Jan 2012. You really need to speak to your scheme co-ordinator/fleet manager to find out. To keep it simple the higher your co2 and the list price of the car = more tax. There wont be a great difference between the two cars quoted in £’s.

Hi, if you are new to this I would start here —-> http://comcar.co.uk/newcar/companycar/taxcalc/g1select.cfm

Just load up your car and it’ll tell you how much you pay. Simple.

Hi, I’m 6’2 and have just transferred all my bits from an 18″ scandal to a Raw 20″ and it is easily the best thing I have done. I cant believe I did all those miles on the smaller frame. They dont look too big either. Running a 70mm stem and an inline post and it is sweet!! Let me know if you need pics, and the finish is brill.

I have a pair of black 160’s that had one ride, I built the bike and realised the frame was too small and ended up changing my plans. So I cant tell you if they are any good but they are in new condition. Posted for £38. Let me know if you need pics.

Three options, 1) Take the car with the different colour dash and request some goodwill. Most dealerships can self-authourise goodwill. 2) Ask them to spray it in the required colour, demand this is only done at a manufacturer approved sprayshop. 3) Tell em to stick the car up their chuffer, this wont get much rection as people are queing up for Up!s at the moment. Personally I’d try 1 or 2. :-)

Remove spacer / insert spacer, its still a clever trick the Leftys have up their sleeve. Obviously never done it myself.

LLOYDSTEVENS have you got p/n KF211 in stock? Cheers.

Some Lefty’s have an internal spacer you remove to make them 29er compatible. I think they reduce the travel to 80mm though.

You’ll need a whole day at Pompeii. If you stay close to Garibaldi Centre in Naples there’ll be lots of retaurants and city life to experience and plenty of cheap hotels. Very convenient. The train station there has a coastal train direct to Pompeii which only takes 20mins. You’ll have a great time :)

If I had a frame like this I wouldnt send a stranger the serial number. In the fear that it was copied. Maybe its his way in saying politely he doesnt trust you.
