Back in the day of paper money in brown envelopes my company paid me £50 too much. I knocked on the MD’s door to let him know and he said thanks for being so honest. An hour later he came to see me and gave me £100 as a thank you and it did my prospects a world of good.

I feel somewhat relieved it isn’t going to cos the earth! I’m sure a chase will sort it as they were perfect before the powdercoat and the attempt to fit the bearings was very light. Thanks for the responses guys. Biscuits – dare I go up to chocolate Hobnob level?? :)

The 2nd number ’45’ relates to the angle of the contact of the bearing with the frame. The first number ’36’ is the inside bearing contact angle with the race (lower) or centering cone (upper). So in theory yes — but I’m sure I remember 36×45 had an OD of 41mm and the 45×45 is 41.8mm. You’ll need to check this, prob best to measure the inside of your headtube accuratley before you order :)

My Reverb isnt even going to turn up as they cannot complete my order due to stocking issues. WHAT A SURPRISE!! Have placed four orders with OnOne in the last couple of days and I’ve already had to email their CEO for an ounce of customer service. We’ll see what happens……

Looks great. Which grade sandpaper did you use? And how long to finish excluding the filler jobs? Cheers.

Nice finish, can I ask what you used once back from the dippers? Cheers. Oh, i’d leave the filler as it is, adds to the natural/industrial look.

mangoletse, email me offline and I’ll see what I can do.

ask1974, to be honest you dont really need the manual as its so easy to use. There is also a demo mode pre-installed too which will show you the main features.

Sorry – for the fear of this turning into vwhelp-trackworld.

Depends what it’s going into. I can highly recommend you try http://www.satnavsystems.com and ask for Hamid for retrofit satnavs with less than main dealer labour rates. :-)

Voice control isnt available on the RNS315, only on the RNS510. The voice button on the steering wheel is a mute when you have an RNS315.

Option3: Are you the original owner? I too had laquer peel and an STW’er on here (think it was stumpy01) told me he had his frame replaced under warranty because of this. I went back to lbs and within a week had a brand new frame! You never know they may replace it with an EVO which will be more up your street!
