Chocolate and peanut butter (Snickers). That’s what worked best with Marvin the mouse in my kitchen! He’d not touch everything else that I tried for the first couple of days. Put the Snickers out and hey presto, gone in an hour!

Put a drop of oil on them and see if it makes any difference. Also check the B/B and freehub.

Yup, Square taper crank bolts are usually M8 (I think) and isis is usually M12 or M15.

It looks strange, in a stealth bomber kind of way. I like it though!

    Jason Statham as Vimes?!!

    He’s supposed to be intelligent!

He’s an actor. Maybe he could act intelligent?
Or maybe he really is intelligent and excels at acting not so intelligent?
    😉

Yup me too. Although I’ve also had the same thing with other posts. A quick clean in all the usual areas was all that was needed.

BTW, if you buy from Tesco, at the moment you’ll get a free Samsung blu ray player (I didn’t as I bought mine some months back).

Recently bought a Samsung LE40C530 for £400 and it does everything I need it too. Picture looks great on both sky and xbox.
I was dubious about the quality considering my previous TV was a £1600 Panasonic, but glad I plumped for the Samsung 🙂

I met a spoilt brat that was used to getting her own way and had hissy fits when she didn’t get what she wanted.
Her mother had taken her away from her father at a young age and used her as a tool against him. Proper nasty little madam she was.
Problem is, I met her when she was an adult and she did all the same things to me, that her mother did to her father.
Piece of advice for anybody looking to date a “I want” type of girl… Check the mother first 🙂

    1×9 here too.
After experimenting with different ratios, I eventually settled for a 40t chainring, 11-25 Shimano cassette & short cage road mech, and a SRAM chain.
I’ve used Gusset and raceface DH rings and both have lasted for ages with good performance.
Currently using this Raceface ring and it’s still running well after 3 years of use.

Wellgo MG1’s are a very good pedal especially in their price range. Smooth cartridge bearings, grippy and light, but the paint finish chips and scratches easily. Non-important if you’re not fussy.

The B54’s are a steal for £20 Bit heavier than the MG1’s but well made and less costly.

I’ve used both and liked both (as well as more costly pedals) No point in spending more than you have to tbh…

    BB7 here too.
Had them and loved them as much as my Hopes. Then one day a thieving scummer stole my bike 🙁
Easy to set up, work like a dream and adjustment is done in seconds by turning a dial on the caliper… Simples!
    Would definitely use them again.

My girlfriend and I visited a few bike shops, so she could see what type of bike she’d get for her money if we bought one new from a shop.
Unimpressed with the options available, we bought a secondhand 15″ frame which was in new condition, and all other components were bought new.
Over the course of 4 months, we compared a lot of components and I explained the differences in function, weight and value etc… Final cost £605 and she’s real pleased with it.
Only thing I’ve had to change is the height/angle of the saddle 🙂
