You are exactly the same as me(my waist is 28 mind).

Rapha stuff fits me best. Size small for everything except the pro team stuff which, for some reason, I need a medium.

I have followed this thread from the beginning, intently. I ‘own’ 11 acres of woodland that is inside the Loch Lomond national park. Best thing i have ever purchased. Hours spent clearing, chopping down trees, splitting wood, sitting watching the deer, Does anyone have any idea how i go about getting grants? The .Gov website is a shambles (at least to my eyes). Is there a more useful source of information?

Thin strips of 3m foam. 2mm float that size won’t weigh much.

Just no. Go elsewhere. It’s best for the forum.

Get a big piece of 3mm acrylic. Extruded is cheaper.
drill some holes and screw it to the wall, put the poster behind.
if your in central Scotland I’ll get you some acrylic at cost.

I’m ‘fairly sure’ no one has mentioned sandwood bay yet. The four and a half mile walk/cycle in is more than worth it.

Some lime wax? We use it in work. Makes a lovely finish on a nicely grained moulding.

Not for 15 years at least. The only thing that continues to be an issue is that d@#ks continue to set off fireworks and it wakes the dogs.

Build up to it. Get them used to seeing the clippers and giving them treats when they see the clippers. Build up to it.
Tiny amounts at a time, but only once they are comfortable with the clippers being around them.
They will read your body language.

We have two working cockers, Ebby and Quinn. My wife is a dog walker and dog trainer.
They both are out for at least three hours a day and the wife trains them to do agility, hoopers, and scent work most days. Even after all this they are still full of beans and mischief.
Great dogs, very affectionate and easy to train the simple stuff.
Never had any genetic testing stuff done, good pedigree is more important.
Best dog I ever was a jack russell/whippet/ thing. I miss Dexter.

Somewhere on this forum last year, someone recommended a Barclays Bank bike policy. I haven’t claimed against it but it was cheaper, by some way, from adding the bikes onto aviva home insurance policy.

I bought a mason bokeh for almost exactly this purpose. Two sets of wheels and Shimano grx 2x group.
It’s fast enough for me on the road and more then capable on gravel. Done a few 300mile tours on it. Loads of fixing points for racks, guards etc.

Please be sure Tom. This sounds remarkably suspect.
