Taking ownership is just taking about the warranty or whatever , ask how much it’s worth ?,talk about it , tell him you would prefer cash , let him wriggle and make the same offer then say ok with the warranty is there any more he could offer , mention what he has just added to the deal and then keep going like that,

A few months ago I bought a 2nd hand car from a dealership, I managed to get a service , an extended 3 more years warranty , the road fund thrown in worth 400+ and a tank of fuel worth 100 , Oh and 500 quid of the windscreen ,

All over the phone , all I did was register interest and engage the salesman, I had a second car option at another dealership for almost the same vehicle but a little cheaper and just asked if he could do something to make it a but more attractive against the alternative, don’t seem needy or be aggressive just take your time,
Take ownership of any thing he offers you and try to add to it by asking with a reduction in price ,

My guy just kept offing things like tax, fuel , warranty etc every time I tried get him to drop the price , I cottoned on real quick and spent a day taking all the extras and then right at the end when he’d given all the extras he had I asked him to try and do something with the price as that wools close the deal,

Good salesman , he was happy I was happy he made money and I spent less.

My first was an ex mod 110 ffr tum, basically a military spec 110 on a better chassis but with a 2.5na engine and squaddie interior , not uncomfortable but slow and firsty and very green, miss it ,

Just bought a 2010 puma 110 xs , leather seats , disco dash all the trimmings , lovely powerful engine , fantastic to drive
Really refined , the intake roar takes a little getting used to but would hugely recommend the tdci’s,

Still leaks though 🙂 and only does around 450 miles to a tank full of derv, but smiles all round

Sorry wood identification only goes as far as woody type wood, although the dust and holes does seem to be random ?

Still recovering 7 weeks after breaking both my ulna and radius , two bones in my hand , two fingers , gashing my right arm to the bone needing 10 stitches , various assorted cuts and bruises,

Had three 6″ k wires removed under a general yesterday , these where for the distal fracture in my ulna, they were under the skin hence the general and my wound today hurts like murder !,

My radius is healing well but has a 6″ Ti plate and a bag full of screwfix self tapers in it, I recon it will be around another 6-8 weeks before I sling my leg over a bike again ,

I have loads of x rays and catscan photos but none have my cock in so no point posting them

My new float 150’s do the same after certain sections where a lot of front brake has been used, in my case it’s a well known issue due to Stantion length , I knew this before I purchased the fork, try doing some digging on google and see if like mine it’s a known issue, it canbe caused by vented rotors biting then letting go of the disc , or in simple terms the pad slows the disc then glazes the gets cleaned off by the disc then it does this again and again

Hi Emma I had 12hr surgery to plate my arm after a washout 2.5 weeks ago, the anesthetic inhibits the body’s ability to produce the wave motion that you need to pass a ‘good un’ , the drugs that stop this movement are opium based like orromorph, codine etc, blocked me good and proper for 5 days, got to say cause I was in hospital I wasn’t too fussed, eventually I got then to give me two types of laxative , started on lax lose and then they gave me senna, it still took 24 hrs to get me going and it turned out to be a 20 min afair that involved a hell of a lot of sweating !!! I was slightly disappointed with the delivery I must add but I did feel better after .

Go to the quacks and get some lax Emma , hope you feel better soon

I stripped and reassembled a hopetech lever assy , hope told me to use silicone grease , that was on the pistons in the lever so im sure it would be ok on the caliper, can’t see why not,
