i have a part of my daily ride thats dog sh1t alley too, they always have those massive leads and the path here is wide enought for the council lorry!!!

so its like some **** with a giant garot across the redway, i've had so many arguments with them over the last 8yrs that they generally sh1t themselves when they see me coming. 😈

BUT my favorite bit is when they let there dogs sniff each others arses, its the stupid look on the owners faces, ah look there friends,,er no they are sniffing each others rings, they ain't shaking hands or having a chat and a laugh..just rimming…and the owners go all goey..lovely, 'DARWIN'

I turned 40 last december, turn 41 this december, if you want to think about it in a bad way you could get real down, Me I felt pretty bad to start, luckly my mate at work, Brian, turned 60 a few months later,
Now we will be up brickhill tomorrow and i will still be behind him all the way up and all the way down, we both do 70 miles a week to work and back, both on cannondale badboys, mine single, he's geared, sunday i will be on my cotic, he will be on his rocky mountain, i will be huffing and puffing and so will he, but in 20yrs if i'm riding like he does in the morning, i wont ever have a worry in the world, age doesn't matter a toss, just live and don't count and be as young as you want..

I like to look at it like this, i feel like i'm twenty but i have a beautiful wife, two beautiful daughters, my own house, 2 cars on the driveway and garage full of bikes, health and money in the bank,

20 or 40 ?, im happier now than i've ever been, i'm glad im 40..good luck and enjoy the wisdom of life

We have a guy at work in the stores, he knows bill gates, he used to work with him !, he says steve jobs is a tosser, he also knows the motoGP hero rossi, used to race with him too,

he has no testicles (store bloke not rossi) as they were blown off in motorcycle accident?, but he has a son, little fat kid, just been picked for england basketball team? i could go on…

we also had an earlier store man who was in the SAS in the 70's

I also worked with another guy , a forklift driver who at the same time was a shaolin trained martial arts expert and a few years later i actually saw him on the front page of the local rag claiming to be a druid high priest who worked as a expert aligning stone circles..

    you gotta love them,

i have to agree , never fight a battle if your not sure of the outcome, i did stop and take a look back, but i am aware in doing so any tatical advantage is given up, just wanted to know exactly wot the muppet looked like just in case i see him again. by himself..lol..best bit about spanish bloke was going to the court in maspolamas 4 days later and seeing that he was still wearing the same blood stained clothes, still had a swollen face and brow and he couldn't stand properly, all that and he got banged up to boot

I should add, I was just riding past them, although i had noticed the **** in the hood positioning himself as i approached.

I should also add, last year i had a spanish man break into the apartment bedroom my 1 yr old daughter was in. (330am in gran canaria).

i found his head had a strange magnetic effect with masonry !! he got option B..

    get a rolex,

I brought a sea dweller 16600 z series for myself as they were just about to discontinue it after 40yrs, cost me 3K new, 2.5yrs ago and is now worth around 3.5K, i wear it everyday, it has a few scratches on the bracelet but it was made for wearing, keeps the most amazing time, mine is 5 seconds fast everyday and has been since i brought it, it will last me the rest of my life, will never need a battery, looks the dogs and can take a right battering, plus when i croke the kids will be getting it, only cost me 20 quid to add to my household insurance per year. get one, if you don't you will always hanker for it…

Been a migraine freak since 12 yrs old, used to get a standard pain in the eye jobby, sometimes a big all rounder, but since learning around 10-15yrs ago that if you eat regular and stay well hydrated they are less likely to occur, I have managed to reduced them to a couple a year down from a couple a week,

saying that I had a similar thing happen 2 yrs back 3 times im a month, blurred vision which then closed down to tunnel vision for a few seconds followed by the washed out feeling a migraine leaves you , went to dr's then to hospital and was told it was another form of migraine!!!

chin up,I'm sure you will be fine,

    don't do it,

I own a 100 year old house and use this site for that kind of info,

    http://www.bricksandbrass.co.uk

basically, if you block the wall cavity the house won't get the air it needs to get rid of moisture, we have 3 foot underneath our ground floors and around 50mm in the walls plus air bricks on all the outside walls.
if you fill the cavitys you will get big problems with damp as all the moisture will get trapped insdie you inner walls, mould city…we have a lot of drafts in the winter and the house can feel cold, but we just light a couple of fires and it all makes sense, the gaps and airbricks also help feed the fires with oxygen, you can put a news paper on the floor and i gets dragged across the room to the fire !!!

slightly off tack but thinking of this always makes me laugh.. i thought it was time to share it outside a close bunch of old friends.

noel edmunds moved to 'OUR' village when I was about 9, this is back in his radio1 swap shop days, he was a nice bloke and when i used to finish my paper round i would join up with my friend matt and we would finish his round together, this was about 6 houses including the manor which N E lived in, as i said he was a very nice chap and would always be chatty and sometimes give us toast and tea,

just down the road was our old hang out'the stream', an old bridge leading to the church, the manor and the waltons (not fiction) farm,

on saturdays after swap shop finished me and my friends used to congregate at 'the stream' and climb the mighty oak that stood next to the bridge an impressive tree still standing today, N used to drive a six wheeled rangerover with a large open roof, you could time his arrival and we would all be waiting, you know whats coming,,yep we did it all the time, golden showers all round, he never twigged it was us !, it wasn't just reserved for celebrity though, it was open to all, the waltons the vicar etc,

i will probrally burn in hell for the vicar and the waltons, but should i recieve a medal for the forsight we showed ????
