currently having my second bad sinus infection in two months, started a couple of nights back so your not alone,

was fine riding sunday, but went to the pool with kids in the afternoon and it was like a hot bath, usually find this a trigger,

mine manifest in snoit running all night and day, tooth hurt like demons, slight swelling of the gums, afternoon light headaches, but worst of all in the mornings when i wake i have a massive bloody bogie in my throat which makes me kind of puke a bit, luckly thats a going away sign i find, then snot gets all smelly then clears 😀

at smelly snot painfull gums stage today,

have seen the quack many a time and they say, live with it?

only really been a problem last 5 years or so, really since i’ve has the kids, i just mutate everyhting they have into a snot fest, it also seems to start aroud this time of year when we have the heating on,

doesn’t effect my riding, did my usual ride today, good luck

F1 isn’t about overtaking it’s about engineering a car that will go round a track at 19000rpm for 2 hrs
without sh1tting itself, its all about pushing the boundaries, technical brilliance, risk taking and strategy,

i feel more people will be disappointed next year if they think the teams will be designing cars for overtaking,

as they said on the beeb, this year was the best year for F1 in history, a close second to the last season in my book,

i do have a good relationship with my dentist, but he is private, (not much choice these days), he has a really nice surgery, i know the staff by first names and can get an appointment at the drop of the hat, but the bills can be staggering!!!,

on the flip side sometimes he doesn’t charge me for appointments 😀

but on the other hand i’ve funded his golf habit and most likely paid for the lovely chair and the tv in his
dental suite, its all very high tech,

my wife has no fillings at 38, i 😐

long process if i have it right,

check jaw bone is good enough,
prep socket,
put Ti screw in
wait 3 months for it to settle
make implant and fit
remove wallet and extract wedge
go to whistler
fin.

my dentist is a golfer, i recon average a year he has around 1500-2k from me and thats over the last 12 yrs !!!,

he has never suggested an implant, but loves making crowns in his little 5 axis milling machine, (which i no doubt paid for),

Cyprus,

we used to do Gran Canaria every winter before we had the kids and thought it was great, took the kids there a few years back and hated it,

had been to Cyprus in the summer before and thought we would try it in the winter althought people said it’s too chilly,

we went in mid feb and it was superb, no rain, a couple of slighty hazzy days temps in the mid twenties and my four year old daughter dragged me in the med everyday and i have to say it was comfortable niether hot or cold,

will be going back again next year,
