Have you tried a local bearing supplier? if you take your existing bearings in sure they would find you a replacement

I think that all that can be learn't from this is check stuff over when it arrives. In my opinion as soon as you change parts etc the bikes yours.

I was in a similar situation where i sold a bike and two months after getting positive feedback the buyer tried to claim £60 out of me because the rear brake started to leak, Its all about reasonable time. Had it been like that when i sold the box would have brake fluid on it and it would have been noticed straight away.

The damage near cannondale logo could have been done in transport or even when sat in you garage.

I've alot of experience working with carbon frames and seen alot of warrenty claims. Your frame doesn't LOOK like it would be any sort of problem the mark on the top tube is more than likely a scratch. the other damage to the paint and possibly the top layer of carbon. But thats all anyone can say from a picture on a forum, as said above take it to a Cannondale dealer and let them have a look.

I don't really think the seller has done anything wrong in this case, you could have helped him by inspecting the bike straight away which would give him the opportunity to resolve the issue fairly. So I think its an unfair representation of him as a seller.

But seriously after having one repaired myself i wouldn't have any problems buying one that has been repaired.

Chances are at least half of us that have bought second hand frames could be riding one that has had atleast the threads retapped.

What about middlesburgh. going to claim that or not?

Its not in Yorkshire so No

Rubbish, course its Yorkshire, YCC use to play there.

We classed it as Cleveland to claim no responsibility of this rebal town. It is now classed as its own county (borough of middlesborough)

But yes it used to be in Yorkshire and YCC did play there.

how much money does Yorkshire generate itself, enough to sustain itself without outside assistance? Doubt it.

Scotland reckon they'll fine on their own. So by that i think "it'l be reet"

I think theres a diference between having respect for them being talented and liking them,

Just because you are talented doesn't mean we have to like you.

Bad examples to pick as Cav and Murray aren't exactly down to earth.

Chris Hoy for example and Steve Peat are far more succesfull and both very likeable people in my opinion.

You have to start by ridding Yorkshire of people with suspiciously Eastern-european sounding names. Compile a big list of them, then burn their houses and rape their wives. They'd soon get the message.

I like to refere to these people as "worker ants" our kingdom needs them

Its people who refere to a bath as Barf or the similar that need rounding up and kicking out,

We can deal with the scotish becuase there are laws already set in place.

In media terms he'll be scottish if he goes out early and british if he does well whereas the english football team will always be english.

Not if they lost Yesterday, We'd find a way to prove otherwise and revoke their passports

Not fitted by qualified mechanic is a term thats likely to be used,

Have you checked the terms of "lifetime warrenty" its often a limited lifetime warranty ie the expected life of the product. Because this all sounds like it would be classed as fatigue which isn't covered i'm afraid.

I wouldn't say you fitted it.

Yeah i got a local engineering firm who make parts for rally cars to put a threaded sleeve in, Was on a SC bullet. We used them a couple of times from the shop i worked in.

Theres also a BB you can buy that doesn't use threads just interally bolts together. May only be available in square taper.

Irelands not that bad, just not as good as the south of England.

They struggle with right of way laws, Downhill is ok but there is a very slow up take of work on trails, so most riding is like it was here 15 years ago forest roads and drovers roads, but still lots of these are closed becasue of rights of way. You basically have none.

Very good and pretty Road riding mind. I liked that.

    Got you now,

I'd say evens, We are never going to win world cup and a british player is never going to win wimbledon.

The LTA have NO grass courts at their training camps.
